Do not recommend. I used to use Cefcu for checking, savings, and loans. Everything is so difficult with them and they do not make it easy for their customers.

They sign you up for life and disability insurance without telling you after you get a car loan. They just take it out of your principal. You apparently have to opt out AFTER you realize they're secretly charging you.Go somewhere else. I wish I had.

I am only giving a 1 Star review because of one employee I have had multiple interactions with. The bald headed Lady is a very disrespectful and rude employee there. Over the last couple of months I have been going into the bank to get 2 roll of quarters for my laundry. The last couple of interactions I have had with the other associates, I have never been asked to give my Account Number just to get change. Today, I walked in and saw her and I knew right off the bat she was going to be rude and I was 100% right. She said she needed my Account Number to record the transaction... It's just change. I did not make a deposit or a withdrawal. I will continue to come here for my change, but I will not be interacting with her ever again.

Worst experience I've ever had. Better than a bank I think not. Hard to get the right people on the phone. Bank transfers rediculous from one account to another. Leave messages for callback and Never get called back. Greatly disappointed!! I will be looking at transferring everything somewhere else.

cefcu and there debit fraud team saved my bank account from my insurance company that stole thousands from me you guys have no idea how much that means to my family and I yall are awesome thankyou so much!

Remember to add "01" to your checking account number. It could cost you! FYI CEFCU only gives ONE credit on fees for aaaa LIFETIME regardless of the situation.
