Went to pick up 2 pizzas. The manager disappeared in the back for 20 minutes and a woman that looked high kept making pizzas and didn’t check the oven. One pizza comes out and blocks the other one for 10 minutes so the woman burned mine and the one behind it. The manager comes out and says sorry but they can’t remake one because they are out of ingredients. So I wasted 30 minutes standing there for an order that they burned and couldn’t remake. Nobody cared and everyone there looked like they were high. Will never go back to this location.

Come here regularly at least two time per week due to work. There is barely ever any hot food available and if there is it looks like it has been sitting there for a while. Usually three to five people in the back hanging out and goofing off. One cashier trying their best to ring people out or the cashier had an earbud in and talking on the phone with personal call, very unprofessional m, gave this place a few months before came to this review.

Very rarely do they have breakfast pizza ready, and when there is, it's either two hours old or at the end of the day. Asked manager and she stated they always do. Despite the display case being empty at that time. Seems that staff doesn't have the most experience or motivation to do well. My coworkers and I go there almost every day and lately we've been cutting back due to the lack of fresh food. As of this posting they had no fresh pizza and nobody making it at that time.

Ordered pizza and wings. Got a message they forgot wings so it was going to take longer. Then they sent me a box of frozen wings!!! Then refused to pick up the phone. I will never order from here again. Plus pizza was trash!

Since changing owners the management of this store for the past 2 or more years is atrocious. I am surprised Casey's brand management allows this to continue to be a face of their franchise. My family has enjoyed Casey's since childhood. This store is poorly managed. Simple as that. You cannot just blame the employees. They do not have staple products consistently, the gas is...., The store is dirty and completely unorganized. Don't bother ordering pizza they are out of half their menu. This store used to be an asset to the community. It is now an eyesore. Sad. I go to the store near the den at Fox Creek or beech street.

I am a born and raised midwestern boy and love Casey's for their midwestern roots. They are consistent and clean and don't even get me started on the pizza. Unfortunately this Casey's is giving the franchise a black eye. They consistently screw up or completely miss our orders causing large inconveniences for our family of 6. Please be better Casey's on Gill St in Bloomington IL.

I'd like to add my own terrible review of this particular Casey's to the already long list of them. This Casey's is constantly out of product, and constantly takes forever to fulfill orders on the rare occasion that they can actually even make it happen. It's the closest one to us, and we have to avoid it every time and go to ones farther away. Desperate need of new management, or just giving up the ghost and closing, to prevent giving a bad name to all the other (good) Casey's in town.

If I could give the 0 Stars I would! The lady making sandwiches was extremely rude ! The lady screamed at me when I asked for Italian Herb and cheese and they didn't have it... She yelled it's posted right here white wheat or Flatbread Only! I will never come back to this store again let's store again!

I ordered a breakfast pizza online for pickup at 7:30 AM. I get the the store at approximately 7:40 AM and they had given my pizza to another customer by mistake. They didn’t check her name nor order number when she came to pick up her order, and in turn and gave her my pizza. They had to re-make my pizza, which then made me late for work. Terrible.

Quick in and out gas stop. Good donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Plenty of snack and soda options. Conveniently located right off Airport Road. They do take phone orders, but no delivery. Casey's does have a rewards program.
