The online experience was truly awful. Trying to get information about the car I wanted was worse than having teeth pulled. Then, after going through everything, waiting over a month to be told that the vehicle I wanted wasn't ready because you guys lost the key and had to get a new one, nearly left me broken emotionally. The online experience was truly unnecessary as when I got to the store, I was once again forced to go through all the pre-approval stuff that I had gone through online all over again. It was as if the online aspect was entirely unnecessary and a waste of valuable time. Your team at CarMax in Bloomington were outstanding. The website team is a complete nightmare and I would not recommend.

We had a great first experience at CarMax! We felt like the price was comparable with what we would have gotten at a dealership. We did a 24 trial run with our Honda Odyssey and had great help from Ellias. We decided to purchase the vehicle and had help from Bridgette! She was super patient with us and getting all the paperwork filled out. We had our young kids with us and the staff got them coloring stuff and were very patient and kind!

Asked to get a price to sell my car and get directed to scan a QR code. Do that enter all my info it spits out a low ball price and I'm told that's the price you get no negotiating at all. They didn't even look at my car

The service was not a reflection of the store or young man that helped me. He was helpful. It's a reflection of the price. I regretted the sale of my suv. I realized I lost out on about 10k after checking online. I should of waited. But it was a final sale. Also my bank is calling me daily, they have not received payment. If I could reverse it I would.

I had a great experience with Carmax. Found what I wanted online and had the car shipped. Took about a week, but no big deal, and Carmax lets you track its journey. Went in for the test drive and the car was ready as promised. Used the express pickup option, which I recommend, and I was driving off in my new car in less than an hour. So, other than a couple of quick visits to the local Carmax location everything else was done online, which was perfect for someone like me who doesn't enjoy spending half a day or more at a dealership to buy a car.

Working with Car Max was a ease, they were friendly and was able to buy my vehicle for what I needed to pay it off. Took a lot of paperwork, but all in all a great experience.

Everything went very smoothly, was a little slow on the paperwork but the offer was good and it was about as good as it could have been
