We can’t say enough to show how pleased we are with our recent experience with Caliber Collision on South Veterans in Bloomington. Christy welcomed us warmly and Reka took charge of the repair from her beginning estimate to getting parts in and getting the work done, and done much quicker than we had expected. The repair looks perfect and no problems, plus they not only had done the repair but had cleaned our vehicle inside and out. Would definitely use them again! Thank you Rena, Christy, and please thank the workers who completed the work!

Reka Nelson is the best adjuster and employee that works for Caliber Collision! Could not recommend her enough!! If theres any damage to your car in bloomington/normal take it to REKA!

Went to the Caliber Collision on Veterans Pkwy, and I was so pleasantly surprised. From the friendly and courteous greeting by Christy, to the assistance of Reka & John, I was totally impressed. They solved my problem quickly and explained what was done. If you ever need collision service, this is the place to go!

Absolutely fantastic service from day one. I took my car in for an estimate after an accident and they were able to service it right away. Throughout the repair process, Caliber kept me up to date on a regular basis and were even finished with the repairs ahead of schedule. The manager even helped with a ride from point A to point B while I was without a car. This place truly goes above and beyond. I'd recommend Caliber without hesitation to anyone!
