I went to the drive-through and ordered food. I was told to pull through to the third window. No reponded to when I stopped to pay and get an answer to I had questions I had no response from the second window. The third window is not attended, but when the person arrives, she gets the question answered and makes the first person aware of the problem, and she states she wasn't inorging me she was taking another order!

Went to Burger King today to the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwich deal the store manager has some distain for me due to a previous visit. The store manager saw me in the drive-through and proceeded to over microwave my food on purpose when I got the food it was so hot. It burned my hand. I went back to the Burger King and the line cook made me two fresh sandwiches and took back the ones that were over microwaved. I did the survey on the back of the receipt to file a complaint notating that I’d like to be contacted in regards to the poor service that I received the store manager of the Burger King showed up at my job across the street harassing and taking pictures of me, threatening to have me banned from Burger King because she doesn’t like the idea that she got a bad survey. My suggestion would be for her to start executing better service in order to receive better surveys. She very obviously does not embody Burger Kings company values of teamwork, family, excellence. & respect!

We went at like 9:45 pm, so admittedly later in the evening, but the employee that helped us was amazing! It looked like they were running the whole branch on their own, and the food still turned out pretty great. I am not a fan of BK fries, but these ones were fresh and perfectly salted and the oil did not taste old. Good job!

they left me in the drive thru for 20 minutes and wouldn’t serve me even tho i did nothing wrong. they were simply lazy and when i pulled to the front they were all sitting in the office.

The food is just okay most of the time sometimes it's even good however the prices gone up and up and just isn't that great of a value anymore.I may come back Sunday but Burger King has chosen to go up and go broke because I will not return while they continue to try to censor people that have nothing to do with Burger King but does affect my willingness to spend with your corporation

This is a Burger King so I can't really give any fast food joint 5 stars.. but 4 stars is pretty much 5 in the fast food industry. I saw a lot of bad experiences in the comments not too long ago but I can't say it was a bad experience for me. The food was as expected and the customizations I made in my mobile order were as I expected. If I was looking to hit up a BK I would come here again. It looked like some employees were new but the manager was involved and getting things done.
