Vanessa is the best trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She listens,asks questions and plans a program based on that information. She's so knowledgeable about so many aspects of physical fitness, I feel confident she knows what she's doing! And who can resist her upbeat personality and can do spirit!! Not me! I actually look forward to our sessions together. Couldn't ask for more.

Vanessa is such a positive, encouraging person to work with! She truly is an inspiration to those who work with her, as she always practices what she preaches, and is one of the most genuine, hardworking people you'll meet! No matter your initial fitness level, she is willing to meet you where you are and will build you up on your schedule. Definitely recommend her to help you reach your goals!

Vanessa is amazing. Helping our son with a number of goals and he is getting very fit, but also very balanced to reduce injury! Great coach, great technique! Very reasonably priced as well!

If you are looking for a "flashy" gym, Anytime Fitness isn't for you- I suggest Golds or Four Seasons. ATF is a 24 hour gym. They have a good selection of equipment (could be in better shape, but, I talked to the manager and they are working on it). The true benefit to ATF is price ($30 a month), availability, lack of distractions, and very rare waits for equipment. It's a gym. Nothing more, nothing less.

Anytime Fitness must not be interested in new business. I have received no response to my three separate inquiries for information!! I wonder how they treat their paying members.
