Stopped in after calling and speaking to Tom.Tom helped me with a problem on the spot - went above & beyond in fixing it and then helped educate me to fix the problem further myself (which he could've easily convinced me needed to be a service call - but instead gave me info to try it myself or return if I needed help). It's not often in auto repair industry you meet someone who is a straight shooter. He is also practical and detailed in his approach. Definitely gained me as a return customer and I'm sharing his info w/ my family & friends.
