BUYER BEWARE! - When asking about pricing, the "owner" of the company told me "I don't deal with questions, call someone else" and hung up. When called back to file a complaint with management he told a sob story about how since his company has such a bad driving record they have over a million dollar insurance bill he needs to extort customers for in order to pay. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Don’t have to explain much considering the rest of the reviews underneath, on top of the rude and unprofessional responses the company is feeding back to people. The man and woman i experienced on both occasions interacting with them were very rude. Be cautious before you call to ask any questions… you will get treated with disrespect and made to feel as if you’re an idiot.

Called to get a price for a tow and the guy was unfriendly and said they are too busy tonight and wouldn't even give a quote for tmrw. Lost my business right there

i called to get a quote on a tow extremely rude service i didn’t even have more than a 2 minute conversation with the man who picked up the phone extremely snappy and rude when i was trying to get address for where my car is (in my apartment to which i just moved less than a month) he made fun of me for not knowing my address which i said i was going to find it, i would never use this service due to rude men who feel that they have entitlement.

Wouldn't quote me a price on a tow 21 miles, 2 weeks out. Said he doesn't play quote games for the reason of competition. Doesn't need guaranteed business on the books because he already has people he tows for everyday. Apparently I offended this man without even trying. No service provided, but at least you'll know who you're dealing with.

Please avoid this man at all cost!He picked up our vehicle and refused to take it to our shop in Chicago, instead he took it to his yard and refused to give it back for 5 days. We order another towing to take it to Chicago, but he refused to release it first time. He was insulting and threatening our driver and another towing service driver and was overall less than non-cooperative. Afterall, he charged us $2300 for 25 loaded miles, not to mention that we payed $800 for tow driver that came and went empty, and then $800 again +$250 for uber for the driver. He also damaged one of the screws on the drive shaft, so other tow driver had a problem taking it.This man should be isolated from society.Save your money and nerves.

Omg this Man was great. He pulled and worked the equipment like a pro. I'm Greatful for his hospitality to allow me to be moved off the road once I was drenched out. My battery died and he even helped multiple times jumping it to start.

Owner lacks ethics. He will screw you if you or in a tight spot. Called a different company to not have him overcharge me. He tried bullying the other company into not towing me
