The service repairman, Aaron, came the day after I called so very fast service, and came to Pontiac from Bloomington. He was extremely knowledgeable about LG appliances and even gave me some great tips as he was determining the problem. He found the problem was caused by mice, and even helped “get rid of them” before replacing the damaged part. That was going above and beyond for sure! Will definitely use Advanced Electronics if needed in the future and highly recommend them!

When I called to schedule an appointment I told them the TV’s brand and that it was the backlight that went out. Spent $84.50 to find out my TV is junk because that particular brand doesn’t sell replacement parts. Why didn’t you just tell me that on the phone when I called rather than wasting my time and money? Rip off!

Went there on a Wednesday at about 4:00 pm. Once I found the place (due to the fact that they do not even have a business sign up!!!!), they were CLOSED!!!! I'm not sure they are even still in business!!!! Very disappointed because I actually need some repair work done!!!!??

My 75" LG had an HDMI port that wasn't working. LG scheduled the warranty repair through Advanced Electronic Industries. The office called within 15 minutes of LG setting up the ticket. They were communicative as the part was ordered and then arrived. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and had it repaired in no time. He even assisted me in understanding what can block WiFi signals (air ducts, anything metal in the walls) as I looked for a better place to install my Wi-Fi extender.

Fantastic service !!! After local TV seller would not support repair work, contacted LG directly. LG texted me that work order had been dispatched and accepted by AEI. Aaron called next day (Monday), discussed TV’s symptoms, and offered to pre-order possible parts. Mentioned that my Samsung TV was also not working, discussed TV’s symptoms, and again Aaron offered to pre-order possible parts. Aaron called Thursday morning indicating parts had arrived and he’d like to come-out that afternoon. One visit, two-hours, two TV’s (LG E9 OLED, Samsung Q9 QLED) troubleshot \u0026 repaired, and Aaron showed me some features on each TV I was not aware of !!! Great communication, great service !!! Highly recommend !!!

I initially contacted 3 weeks ago about my LG TV and Kim was very responsive friendly and professional and gave me Aaron's number to contact. After contacting him initially I waited three days and never heard back from him till I texted him and then he immediately wanted to come over my house I told him I was busy and I could come in on my day off. He told me there was no one at the shop to receive the TV and that they don't do carry ins. He then told me he would be done in an hour at another customer's house and then would be available. He texted me 10 minutes later to tell me to bring it into the shop asap (but they don't do carry ins?) and I told him I was unable to come immediately. No one ever scheduled anything which is highly unprofessional my husband and I have repeatedly callled and emailed about getting a time scheduled. Then I offered to bring it to the store on my day off and then he told me if I wanted to schedule I had to call Kim. I called back left a message was never contacted then my husband emailed them and they stated that we are on the schedule for a call back its been 3 WEEKS going on 4! Please go elsewhere we went to Stanley Electronics and they were upfront and able to assist us way better than these people save your money and your time!

Aaron from Advanced Electronic Industries is awesome. He came to repair my washer and was very professional and so nice. My washer is only 6 mos old and I asked him a lot of questions about the operation of it. He took his time and answered all of them. I can’t give him enough stars.

Called twice 2 weeks ago and left messages both times. No response. Had them fix my samsung 4 years ago. Did good work. I originally gave 2 stars from not returning my calls but I really want to use them as the service was great last time. Samsung entered a ticket manually after 2 weeks. I am supposed to get a call within 48 hrs. Side note: I don't recommend samsung for televisions. Have had no good luck with them. I have 2 lg way older that no issues

I had two Samsung SUHD TVs die on me within 7 months of each other. I called Samsung. They said they would pay for the parts but I would have to pay for the labor. Aaron from Advanced Electronics Industries Inc (in Bloomington, IL) was referred to me by Samsung. He was responsive, quick to respond to calls and texts, and he helped as best he could. Samsung was unable to send the parts to him but Aaron went beyond what he had to do to help and inform me on how I could solve the problem that was best for me.I plan to call Aaron and Advanced Electronics Industries if I have more TVs break where they can actually be fixed. Aaron was confident he could fix it if Samsung still made the parts. The cost he quoted me was very affordable and reasonable. Definitely better than buying a whole new TV.

Super helpful staff! I talked with Aaron and he was very nice and easy to work with. I decided to return the unit in question, so a repair was not ultimately needed, but I'll be using this company for future help even with appliances outside of warranty due to their prompt professionalism

My experience with Advanced Electronics and Aaron was tremendous! From my initial intake (Kim was amazing/helpful on the phone) through the whole process, I felt like it was top notch service.Aaron was so knowledgeable and knew the exact issue with my LG tv just by looking at it. He had to take the power board to fix but he was back the next day to re-install as promised! Everything was good as new within 24 hours. Highly recommend and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I called Advanced Electronics to find out what's wrong with my television and hopefully get it repaired. I was told there was an $84.50 fee to come out and assess the TV and I scheduled the appointment. The tech arrived and seemed very knowledgeable. When he saw what was happening he immediately stated he knows what part needs to be replaced based on what's happening. He couldn't find a replacement part right away on his phone so he said he'd text me next day after looking into it more. The next day, I saw that my check cleared, but he didn't contact me until 5 days later when he informed me the part is not available from normal channels. He offered a $529 repair quote using a part from a different supplier, which would have a 30 day warranty instead of his usual 90 day warranty. When I asked what part needs to be replaced he refused to tell me. He said he would only tell me after he completes repair on the TV. Would not recommend this company. Use at your own risk.Regarding business owner's response: my intent was to learn what's wrong with my TV and the estimated cost to repair so I could make an educated decision about next steps. The response below contains more information about what was wrong than anything you shared with me after I asked several times in our correspondence. If I choose to pursue different options than paying $529 to fix a TV (by the way, with further research I found the most expensive board for this TV is $115 so that's at least $400 for labor?), you shouldn't then withhold information you discovered about what's actually wrong with the TV. That's what I was calling you to find out in the first place and what I thought I was going to justify the $84.50 fee. Instead it seems that was just an admittance fee to do business with you. Very misleading.

We were skeptical and very hesitant to allow Advanced Electronics into our home to work on our tv after LG recruited them to do so. We were SO wrong! Aaron was FANTASTIC! Professional, knowledgeable and prompt. We had a unique issue and he was able to get it fixed quickly after arriving. Thank you very much! We would highly recommend this business.
