Aaron from Advanced Electronic Industries is awesome. He came to repair my washer and was very professional and so nice. My washer is only 6 mos old and I asked him a lot of questions about the operation of it. He took his time and answered all of them. I can’t give him enough stars.

Super helpful staff! I talked with Aaron and he was very nice and easy to work with. I decided to return the unit in question, so a repair was not ultimately needed, but I'll be using this company for future help even with appliances outside of warranty due to their prompt professionalism

The tech examined the TV, told us what what wrong and what it would do. That is exactly what had happened to the TV. Very experienced with the Samsung TV.
