I went into Adrian's for the first time a few days ago with my 86-year-old grandma to replace her worn-out Keds with a more orthopedic, supportive shoe. We were immediately helped by one friendly, knowledgeable employee who measured her and began gathering options to try on. It was refreshing to see such a young employee so patient, caring and affable - especially with a senior! She was later joined by another employee who seemed to know every brand and which was good for what, etc. She was very gentle and patient with helping my grandma try on each shoe. Her POV on fit and features was much appreciated (e.g., she called out that the larger pull/tab on the back of one shoe would make it very easy to slide on, she offered to swap out non-stretch laces with stretch ones). It's beyond refreshing to still see this kind of customer service + quality product + knowledgeable staff. I HIGHLY recommend Adrian's! They also have a pretty great and well stocked sale room, for the bargain shoppers. :)

The staff was most helpful assisting me to find a great pair of shoes. I have planter facitis and a bone spur the staff knew just what was needed. I will be back to Adrian's again. Such a relief to have assistance of someone who knows what they are doing in this day and age.

The lady that helped my was above and beyond in her service. She was very knowledgeable about posture and what was causing my old pairs of shoes to wear out. She suggested a special insert that would be helpful even with my current shoes while waiting for my ordered pair to come in. Even in my old shoes, I could feel much less pain in my lower back after walking on concrete for a few hours with the inserts. Look forward to seeing how they do with the new ones.Great service. Genuinely care and want to help.

Always have great shoes that fit I have a right foot and I love Adrian's and I will be there again in like two weeks to get me some shoes the last pair but I'm still wearing them. They're so comfortable I love them they're the best they measure your foot they do everything they can they help you. They will also repair any shoes. You have their lovely.

It's okay but not everybody needs or wants steel toe boots or tennis shoes. I damn sure don't want them in my hiking boots. I only found 1 pair without. You can order them without but it takes 2 months to get them. Roommate picked up his order today. All I'll say is if you don't like your job get another and stop taking it out on your customers.

Took a pair of shoes in for repair, when the repair failed I took them back and they charged me more to fix the issue again. Also experienced poor communication through the process and it took about a month to get them fixed. I will find somewhere else in the future.

Because of my weight & swelling in my feet, it was hard to find shoes that fit. They (and I do mean every employee) was helping me. They found some shoes that fit better & they order it in my size. When the order came in. the shoe had a piece of elastic across the top that didn't fit well on the top of my foot. She took the shoes back to her workshop and rebuilt the top of my shoe with more given material & now I have shoes. Everyone in that store cares about their customers & helps them select a wonderful pair of shoes. For shoes, I recommend Adrian's.

My mom and grandpa came in here the other day looking for shoes for him. The woman there that helped them was extremely accommodating and helpful. My grandfather is 90 years old and has a few foot problems, she went completely out of her way to help him find shoes that fit him. She spent well over an hour making sure he was happy with the shoes he picked out. We're very happy with the service and even more happy that he now has shoes he can wear for winter! My mom wants to thank the lovely lady that helped her that day!
