We had two very old porch windows, that needed the glass replaced in them. Dropped them off at Ace-HI Glass on Oakland Avenue in Bloomington, over my lunch hour, and couldn't believe it they called and said they were done, and I picked them up after work. They did a great job, Highly recommended them if you ever need glass replaced in anything.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly, Fair, and Fast. Can't ask for much more than that! I had Ace-Hi install a custom shower door and I am very happy with the results. I will defiantly be contacting them for my future glass needs.

Recently moved down to the BloNo area from the south suburbs of Chicago and wanted a glass shower door installed and a couple other heavy shower doors adjusted as they were off kilter. I was referred to a local unnamed glass company that I explained what I wanted and I sent pictures as well and waited a couple days, then called for a follow up again with no response then once more and received a call that they were simply too busy to handle my shower door and service requests...!?!? I came on Yelp and found Ace Hi, good reviews and saw some of the pictures and realized they likely installed the two shower doors that I needed adjusted. I called spoke to Fred gave him the rundown of what I was looking for along with measurements & pictures and he quickly gave me a ballpark as to pricing on that first phone call - which was more than fair. I asked to be put on the schedule and he said they'd call in a couple weeks; sure enough, after a couple weeks I got a call they were ready to come out to install. Fred showed up had the new basement sliding glass doors in in no time and went to work cleaning, adjusting, throwing a new sweep on and a new bead of silicone on the old shower doors that they had installed here at the house some years back. Super nice gentlemen, all as advertised, great job and nice finished product(s). I'd highly recommend Ace Hi Glass. Very pleased with their service from start to finish.

I have been using their service for a few years. This time, it was exceedingly excellent. They not only replaced the broken screen and wheel, but also cleaned the door as I would clean myself. It was a pleasantly surprise! Highly recommended!

They installed a mirror in this amazing vintage frame I found at goodwill and it looks excellent! Ive seen gold vintage mirrors at Homegoods for 5x the price and they are cheap looking. The turnaround time was one day and the gentleman at the desk was helpful and courteous. If you are looking for a custom mirror I highly recommend this place!!

Just picked up a custom cut mirror and I am super pleased. No one else carried this specific size mirror and I was able to fix my custom made frames mirror. Sizing was spot on and the mirror is super high quality. Thank you.

Needed sliding door screen replaced. Thought of trying it myself, but because of time constraints, decided to use this service whatever the cost. Had used them in the past with very positive results. They actually replaced the screen in 3 hours for $31 - and they were busy that day. Was prepared to wait a few days and pay 3 times that. Very unexpected excellent service. Take a load off your to-do list and let these professionals do your project for a very fair price, and excellent result.

Owner came to my house and refused to wear a mask claiming ignorantly "I'm not sick". Would not do the job if he needed to wear a mask. Does not care if he spreads COVID and does not care about the needs of his customers. Is willing to put his politics before his business and ignore the safety of his customers.

Beware of Ace High Glass, Bloomington. Be sure to ask about hidden costs! I was not told and I did not sign approving any charges. Nothing worse than calling Ace High Glass repeatedly, big guy at the front desk said Fred must have forgot. Because they only have one service guy. No wait on $90.00 BILL for 10 minutes measuring. I was not told, I did not sign. We called the company we hired, never charge for estimate. Avoid Fred at Ace-High Glass.
