I was a customer for more than 4 years with great records, never been involved in any car accident or anything else. When my renewal came, it went from 500$ to 1000$ for 6 months car insurance ?. I went to their office and spoke with an agent and been told that all insurances companies increased their insurance policy prices. I didn’t renew and went to State Farm and got a same policy for 457$ and without having to pay a membership. What a scammer company AAA, that’s how you reward your loyal customers? Shame on you ?

Helpful, but sometimes the Google maps glitches so you have to go to the Best Buy in the area and the building is nearby.Took us about an hour to find the right building

Do not use AAA travel and vacation planning service. The travel agent in Bloomington is inexperienced and oftentimes I had to do all the research to find the best deals and pricing for my Disney Cruise. When I needed help she took days to respond to me. I was even told she was busy, and that my request was not an emergency even though my cruise was two weeks away.
