****Beware of the application fees here!!! They charge an outrageous $470 just for applying, whether you end up renting or not. This non-refundable fee seems incredibly unfair and exorbitant. Transparency and fair practices are crucial in the housing market. Potential renters deserve better treatment and clarity regarding expenses. Be cautious before committing here. You cannot charge $470 just for an application fee.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! And if you do, don’t rent a unit near the room’s with the water heaters! It has leaked into my closet 4 times and all they do is replace the padding and leave the mildewed carpet in there. I’ve also had 5 leaks from the units above me! The most recent one happened 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for them to even address the massive water damage it caused! While I’m here I’ll also mention the infestation of carpenter ants and spiders, especially in the summer. Everything is old and outdated while they charge $2,000 for rent. I can’t wait to get out of here.Update: After almost a month, they finally repaired the damage BUT used a completely different paint color and it looks terrible. I just wanted it to be done.

Haven't lived here, never got a chance to. First red flag was when we went for a visit they said we were not on the schedule even though we scheduled a specific time the day before. Then our application was denied for some past due credit cards from years prior with co-applicant. They use a third party for processing applications which complies all your information together. Windsor Estates said that company makes the final decision on the application but the third party company said they do not.So unless you have an absolute spotless record for the last several years, with no slipups when you're struggling, don't bother applying here. Spent $150 on application fees and they could not care less.

I put in my first work order about this 3 years ago seeing if they can stop the scratching noise. I still hear it on a regular basis, especially in the winter time. There is fur and a nest in one of the outside vents. They have gone cheaper on snow plowing, parking lot maintenance, etc. but they raise the prices every year by hundreds of dollars.$1800+/mo for a apartment is just disgusting.

Honestly it’s section 8 housing that you have to pay rent for. Place is a complete dump and parking is a nightmare. Half the street lights work. Potholes in the parking lot and just disgusting units all around. Search elsewhere.

Moved in a few months ago from a sister property.Apartment wasn’t move in ready. Things were broken, moldy (washer was moldy) and needed to be painted properly. There were 4 wasp nest (three on my balcony and one near my bedroom window). 3/4 have been removed. I had to submit yet another pest control request for them to get the nest they should’ve gotten 3 visits ago.Between the wasps, the massive amount of spiders, the bees, and the flies… paying $1370/month for an apartment with creaky loud floors (they crack even in the middle of the night when no one is up and walking) loud cracking in the bathtub when you step in the shower, bugs crawling through the cracks in the dirty windows/screens…I’ve been here since July and pest control has been out to my apartment at least 5 times.I can’t speak much on the entire leasing staff as I’ve only dealt with Shalon and Giovanna.I give it 2.5 stars because Shalon/Giovanna are nice, washer/dryer in unit and it’s near Walmart and Target. Will update if things get better :)Update 10/23/22:Still having bug issues. Management called 2 weeks ago and claimed they would address the issues in my review but I have heard no updates. I emailed them today asking for an update on the wasp issue only for me to see a huge un-identifiable insect on my wall. I shouldn’t come home after 2 days of vacation to my house being a bug’s haven. I had such high hopes for this apartment. I am incredibly disappointed:(Pros: washer dryer in unit/laundry roomCons: Bugs, rent price, pest control… whatever they use isn’t strong enough, front door of building has a huge gap in it where mice and can get in. *sigh*11/12/22 Update:Upgrading to a 2 star because I got rid of the bugs using Ortho Home Defense. Whatever the exterminators are using isn’t strong enough.. I really enjoy the laundry room. Depending on how the next 5 months go, I may sign a new lease as it is near both my parents.Pros mentioned above still apply.

this place is ridiculous to try to move into. The leasing agent stated it's Corporated owned and everytime you pick a move in date the rent either goes up or goes down. I was explained that this was supply and demand. I get that. BUT- most people need to know at least a month in advance of where they will live. They make you wait until the last minute to save 3-400 dollars. There was 15 vacancies and you cant set me in a price? Your actually going to make me wait until 1 week before I have to vacate my current home so I can get the cheaper rent price. Took a tour anyway because this is the area we need to be in. Walls in the halls have holes in them, and they are all scuffed up, light fixtures hanging down, etc. I questioned if they every fix it and she said that sometimes they will but people put holes when they move in and move out. That's what you get when you don't charge a security deposit. People ruin your common areas. Heres an idea. With the extra money you make with your supply and demand business idea to get the most out of people you can get, FIX THE COMMON GROUNDS. I found a lovely apartment, in my budget and was able to move in on my terms. Forget this place and their supply and demand business arrangement that does not work for this area. The apartments are not worth money or the aggravation you have to go through.

Love love love my home! Windsor Estates feels like home. The management team treats us as family, the maintenance team is superb. Any issues are attended to quickly and with a smile. I cannot thank this team enough for making me feel like family, especially during these trying times. I feel safe, secure and valued. My cousin came over last week and said, “When I come here, I feel like I’m on vacation! It’s so beautiful and peaceful here!” I look around my home every day, and say, “I love my home. I’m so happy here!” Doesn’t hurt that I have the BEST VIEW from my balcony, which during the last 2 years, I don’t mind saying, has saved my sanity daily. Thank you for everything, always ! I LOVE MY HOME!Karen Cesario Rizzo

While the location and layout are suited, management is lacking. I'm currently staying in the same rental house in the 329 building. The patio/balcony concrete floor has many massive gaps, damages, and causing problems while walking out. Additionally, it is dangerous for small children and bugs trouble. I asked for renovation in a couple of instances and informed management through the resident portal. I didn't see any action on that and they are just blindly closing the work order without informing us. This needs serious attention...

We have been here a little over two years now so I'll give a quick review on how it is to live here. I have done work as a carpenter/general contractor in the past, so some of the maintenance stuff is pretty irritating. For the apartment prices are reasonable. The neighbors are nice, kind, quiet. The community is nice, and you have very quick access to highway and shopping when needed. A lot of people with smaller dogs here don't seem to think picking up their pet waste applies to them. When we first moved in it seemed that our apartment was hastily cleaned as our cabinets have shown some significant wear and tear, as well as our bathroom caulking around showers and sinks being mold stained. We told the complex and they sent maintenance who applied a strong bleach to the bathroom caulking and replaced some of it. The caulking around our toilets was never addressed, and we were told "there's no point because we are going to be replacing the toilets here soon so that will all come out" (going on over 2 years now with stained caulking from previous residents on our bathroom toilets). The mold came back about a month later, which I then properly treated with vinegar (bleach just kills surface mold, the moisture from the bleach seeps into underlying material and acts as a food for the bleach growing underneath, might want to have your maintenance take notes). We were also told by the same maintenance worker that he was sorry our cabinets were in such poor condition and that he would come back to touch them up...never heard another word about it, again going on over two years. We also had issues with the drum in our washing machine being broken when we moved in. It constantly would bang around in the machine no matter how the load was balanced inside the washer. I even checked to make sure the machine was leveled correctly. We put in a maintenance ticket and were originally told there is nothing wrong with the washer, they all make that noise, and to be more careful about how we place clothing into it. Later our machine broke entirely, and when they finally repaired the drum after months of listening to it bang around we haven't heard it since. I also asked about our machine always rinsing clothing with hot water no matter what the washer was set to, and was told that is how they worked before the worker left. A quick peak behind the machine and I could see the hot and cold water hoses had been placed in the incorrect places on the machine, I just switched the hoses myself instead of waiting for maintenance to come back again to tell me there isn't anything wrong (when there is).A garage adds 100 a month. When we moved in we opted not to have a garage, but when we renewed after our first year we had asked for the next available garage in front of our building. We were told we would be notified as a garage became available (now over a year past this point). New residents moved in next door and now they have the garage directly across from the entrance to our building. We were never notified of a garage becoming available. The pool is nice, generally clean, but can be very cold. The dog park is a great idea, but your dog has to be okay with walking in rocks and not on grass. Lots of little yippy dog owners don't pick up after their dogs here. There are multiple dispensers of bags and receptacles for pet waste around the property. The weight room is okay at best. Residents don't clean after they use equipment, and there are some others that frequently leave weights lying around in various places. It's almost impossible to do any kind of decent workout if there are more than 2 people in the gym. There have been multiple times I'm trying to lift weights and people come in with their young (<10 year old) children who proceed to play around in the gym, making it dangerous to me and them which basically forces you to end your workout early. Plan to buy a gym membership in the area if working out is your thing. There is a nearby L.A Fitness, and Planet Fitness.

Rented here for about 2.5 years. The units are wonderful. Well designed and good amount of space for the price. The appliances are good quality and if you have issues with them, maintenance is great at either repairing or replacing them.I cant compliment the maintenance team enough. They were always incredibly helpful and responsive for the issues we had.Loved the pool pre-covid, now its swim at your own risk even more so, but it is a nice amenity.Walls are decently insulated, but I recommend corner units so you are limited in how many neighbors you share walls or surfaces with. Finally, the local management office is usually chaotic and not the best at communicating clearly or timely. We had some issues with the various managers over our time there. My suggestions are to treasure and treat Giovanna kindly and with respect. She is amazing and really goes the extra length for the residents. I wish she was the manager. Second, dont be afraid to reach out to the TLC Management company. They are extremely responsive and very helpful. I think its an issue that the local management office gets overwhelmed sometimes. To finish, we really enjoyed living here for 2 and a half years. Made good friends and appreciated the great complex and good area.
