My 2 children have always been patients for 10 years, but the guy in customer service was very rude and ignorant, I don't think I've ever had that bad experience. I will never return.

When I was five they said I needed glasses, I stopped wearing them since my vision was starting to get blurry. I didn't even need them, til this day my vision is awesome. ?

Honestly? I don't understand what these other reviews are talking about, the doctor was nice and answered all of my questions (which were a lot) and the lady that did my pre exam was also very nice. Staff was efficient and my glasses came in like 5 days sooner than expected.

I brought my old glasses with the frame here, and my new prescription from AMERICA best dr.mark ,nice guy,I had no problem they did a nice job ,I probably will get 3 more pair $68:00 frames regular glasses little more for polarized lenses i can see clearly now the rain is gone

There is a bit of a wait and chaos, but otherwise great experience considering the price point. They have options for all budgets and are very transparent with pricing before you commit to buying glasses. The doctor is pleasant. Would highly recommend if you're on a budget

I've purchased 3 pairs of glasses at this location - 1 time with an eye exam. I have been happy with the service provided and the glasses purchased. I've also found the employees to be helpful and kind.

Story time: I went in to get a vision exam as well as to order contacts. Before I took the exam, I asked the doctor how much the exam would be with my contacts. He said $100 then I said, "oh really? What a steal!" He looked at me and laughed. After finishing my appointment, Dr. Paul Katz, sent me back to the desk to pay. They already told me my vision insurance was not excepted there. I paid the $100 and was on my merry way home. The doc even gave me a temporary pair of contacts "until my custom prescription came in". He said to come back the upcoming Friday and they should be ready. I come back that Saturday and give them my name and the lady said I had no order with them. As confused as I was I said, "what do you mean? The doctor said he ordered a 6 month supply for me." I told them about what he said to me but they didn't believe me and then The other blonde elderly lady interrupts me and says, "the doctor doesn't lie!" Ahhh but he did. I got nothing in return. Not even an apology for the confusion. Moral of the story is Walmart Vision Center in Bloomingdale Illinois has the worst staff/customer service I have ever come in contact with. The staff is extremely unprofessional. I'm writing this lengthy review to advise others like you to be careful if you take your business here.

I had an unpleasant experience at this place. They need to work on their customer service, especially at communicating and staff has to be more organized. I walked in and no one said a word. I told her I had an appointment and the lady responded with an attitude. The entire time the receptionist was annoyed. This is your job lady, you're getting paid to do your job!

Horrible. Ordered glasses three weeks ago and had them rush ordered and still not in. I went in 3 weeks ago for an eye exam and was told that I have 2 astigmatisms and the beginning of glaucoma and I have to keep waiting for my glasses. Not only that I had another eye appointment today for the glaucoma and they called me and canceled my appointment and switched it to another day that suits them better. Horrible service.
