This place is just awful. Unfortunately it's the closest pharmacy so I have stuck with it but today was it for me. The pharmacist they have is consistently rude, dismissive and uninterested in helping a customer/person under the medical care of a physician. My medical needs warrant having a good relationship with my pharmacist. She lacks all compassion, and makes people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome to ask questions. This isn't what a person should experience when confronting medical situations.

Pharmacy. No matter what time you go to this pharmacy it is not adequately staffed. For medicine pickup there is usually long waits in the drive up and inside too. Even off hours.

Worst pharmacy. Incompetent and pretty rude too. How many mistakes can one pharmacy make? One mistake and hassle after another just to get a prescription filled. Never using this pharmacy again.

Depending on the pharmisist on duty half the time, they do not accept Good RX coupons for all medications. According to Walgreens policy, the on duty pharmisist may choose whether or not they honor 3rd party prescription discount coupons for certain medications. I disagree with this policy as it is enforced at will, depending on the pharmisist on duty at the time of pickup. These coupons really help those who are financially struggling or are waiting on certain medication authorizations from their doctor to their insurance providers. I also believe it's not fair to selectively choose which medications are excluded from this program. I understand these are very hard-working people whose goal is to look out for our health and safety. I just wish that there was a company-wide policy as opposed to leaving the decision in the hands of the on staff pharmisist that day. I admit I don't know how these decisions are made at the corporate or even individual store level, but I don't think denying a person (who may very well be in a tough financial situation) from using a valid coupon solely based on the type of medication they need is completely fair, and probably only saves Walgreens a very negligible amount of money. That being said, I still have a lot of respect for the pharmacy staff as a whole. They have a huge responsibility to keep the public healthy, safe, and educated, and they work tirelessly all day to make sure their patients/customers are serviced in a timely manner.

The pharmacy employees are disrespectful. The Walgreens app does not provide a lot of information about orders being out of stock, so I called to see if there was an expected date a medication would be back in stock. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and made me sound dumb for asking. She then said no Walgreens in the area have them so I need to go to another pharmacy chain for the script. I moved all my prescriptions over to Meijer pharmacy down the road where they have some kindness for their customers.

Went for a 10 am flu shot appt. Got there at 9:50. There were three ladies that finished up their paperwork, then I gave my info to the cashier/tech person. Received no paperwork or receipt. She told me to take a seat. Two seats for 4 people by the room. The 3 ladies were in and out. I waited and waited. About 10:20, they called a young man who came in after me. When I was called in about 1025, I told the girl I had been waiting, way before that guy got there. She said, "I do the immunizations as they are handed to me.". So apparently if 6 people come in after you and their paperwork is on top of yours, you will be called AFTER the 6. She gave me my flu shot and told me I was done. I had to asked for my paperwork. She said "You didn't get it?" Seriously? Why would I ask if I had it in hand? Then the paperwork had the time AFTER I got the shot... not the time I got there initially. Poor service, lack of empathy. If they can't figure out how to stack paperwork according to time, they may not do anything else in correct sequence either. Check your prescriptions for accuracy.

The worst pharmacy ever. Paula, the pharmacy intern at this location, is rude and unprofessional. If there is an issue, she raises her voice louder and louder until she drowns you out. Even if you are not speaking to her, she will insert herself into your conversation, interrupting you and again, raising her voice so no one can hear anyone except for her. The conversation was completely unrelated to her as well, as we were making plans to return home and sort out the issue, but Paula refused to offer us the bare minimum of courtesy and prevented us from even doing that until I asked her to allow us to speak to each other without interruptions. Furthermore, despite supposedly being a health professional, she has absolutely no intent of maintaining patient confidentiality. She spoke very loudly so that everyone in the waiting area and in line could hear our date of birth and private health information. Very disappointing that this pharmacy is employing people who cannot even check someone in properly without creating frustration and exposing my personal identifiable information and medical information.

This is the worst most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve been too. They never have your script ready even after u have called to make sure it is ready. Then make u circle the drive thru after waiting behind 5 people. Don’t ask if you have new insurance just tell you you have to pay out of pocket. And ask several questions w no answers. No apologizes & no thank yous. Great dealing w medical things in this capacity.
