We went to the store and started service. We realized that what they offered was not a good deal and did not want their services. We returned within 24 hours and were told everything would be closed out. Now, almost 2 months later, we are still being charged by Verizon. I've called their customer service and have gone to the store, but they each blame each other and cannot do anything. Avoid this store and possibly a Verizon at all costs unless you want to be charged for services you did not received!!!

We came in to upgrade a single phone, and Taya was very patient and did a great job answering all my questions. We ended up trading in two phones and she also told us about the Netflix and other promotions through Verizon.

5G wireless internet is disappointing. Why make customers purchase the 5G hub when they disconnect services? You should offer an option to rent the router like other services do. I just disconnected the service, and now I have to pay the full amount to buy a router that will be useless to me. No more Verizon!

New manager at store is horrible. No customer service at all. Bring back you old mangers. The ones that actually care.

Thanks for one of manager, whose name Austin!This young man was very professional in his work and took care of my problem immediately as soon as I entered the building; he communicated very politely and professionally, leaving behind only a positive impression of this store. Manager. Was a total jerk they sold me a phone with hardly any memory. Who in the hell goes for an upgrade and gets a phone with LEss memory Poor training on employees

The manager, Austin, was amazing. He spent a lot of time, made phone calls and answered my questions regarding an issue that I was unable to solve on my own. I was so impressed with his patience and professionalism as he worked to find a solution to the problem. As an older adult, technology can sometimes be overwhelming. I was so grateful to Austin for his respectful customer service.

Forgot the man’s name, but on 01-16-2024 around 1:50-2:00, helped me gain access back to my account and helped me set up my eSIM. After spending almost 4 hours with Customer Support, I was placed with three different people and they were not able to solve my issues. It was very frustrating so I called this store, and the man on the line was knowledgeable and respectful. Props to him honestly.. I was very satisfied with his help which is why I’m rating the store 5 stars.

Had to stop in to get my phone fixed. The charging cord broke off in the phone. Elizabeth had my phone fixed in a nano second. Such an asset to your staff!! Thank you so much!!
