My package has been sitting in there location for 3 days and nothing has changed is anyone even working I mean the package would fit in a gallon size bag it is very unprofessional and ridiculous

They are the worst customer service provider. I went there to pick up my package that I was notified of coming in there and they lied to me telling me it wasn't cause the lady at the desk didn't want to go look with my tracking number cause it was almost 5:30 closing time. They also screw up my deliveries every time.

I went here yesterday. Lady working front counter was exceptionally rude despite me being polite and asking about my package that never came. I then was patronized by another lady who pretty much told me that they don't have my package and never did despite the website saying different. If I ever heard my associates speaking to customers the way these ladies were, immediate termination!

When I first walked in I was helped by a woman who was so rude to me I've never been there before and she offered me no help or information and let me just stand there not knowing what to do and then another woman came forward and her name was Bess and she helped me thoroughly and sympathized with how co fusing the return was. Bess is amazing and she is the reason I'm leaving a 5 star review! Thank you Bess

ordered a package from a company based out of bloomingdale. Tracking indicated that the package was received at this facility and has been sitting there for a week now. I live 60 miles north of this facility, I could and should have just driven down here to collect my package straight from the distributer instead of trusting this incompetent USPS facility to process my package in a timely matter. What the hell did I pay $30 for shipping for?

Both girl and guy that work in front desk need different job. No respect for customer. they both don’t wanna listen to you, what customer have to say. Put some here who can actually serve customers not be so rude!!!
