I purchased outdoor furniture (a sofa and 2 large swivel chairs) oct 28 th for a house we were building in SC. The chairs were missing the cushions which Shelly said she would order. I said the house would be finished in march or april. When I called in April to say our movers would be picking up furniture I was told they still did not have the cushions(because obviously they were never ordered). We have now been in SC for 3 weeks and are leaving in 2 days.The cushions are still not here. We have had family and friends visit and unable to sit outside since you would be sitting on a frame without cushions. When I have called numerous times to inquire about the status and complain their response was “sorry about that”. We have been longtime Toms Price customers but this will be our last purchase. Sadly customer service is a thing of the past.

We purchased a loveseat from this Toms Price store. Ms. Shelly Schneider was extremely helpful with our choice, particularly the fabic for loveseat and complimenting pillows. Shelly also helped us find a fabic to recover one of our armchairs and compliment of decor. Shelly Schneider was very professional and a joy to work with. We recommend this Toms Price store and Ms. Shelly Schneider to any one needing furniture.

Nothing but a waste of time, was looking to purchase one of their home office desks, mind you over $3000 for it, never got asked if I needed help, all of them standing around doing nothing. Don’t waste your time or money here. Maybe I wasn’t their “preferred” type of customer…

Walked in. Wanted to buy a Stickley table $5,000 and chairs $1,300 each. I waited for 25 minutes while the one sales associate helped a customer and the other sales associate ignored everyone else. Not even a hello, can I help you, etc. left without buying. I will find another company to purchase furniture from since I am not a good enough customer for them apparently.

After placing our order, Toms Price has not responded to us regarding the order. Calls to customer service, and store managers have not been returned. We were assured that the order could be tracked when it was placed in late December of 2021. I do not recommend doing business here.

Lol business owner replied. "Shelley was the only employee " well "Shelley was back by the carpets yacking it up with her friend sitting directly down next to her doing nothing. It's ok though. Went to the Walter E Smithe down the street and got help. That reminds me, I forgot to leave them their well deserved five star review. Thanks "business owner" for reminding me of the great customer service I experienced elsewhere. Good luck to you

Since the South Barrington location closed I have called repeatedly to have my name and address to be removed from receiving direct marketing mail. I have always been assured it would, however continue to receive mail in spite of assurances. Very poor customer service.
