If this rating would allow, I would give this place zero stars! I waited a month to get my car into the shop and once it was dropped off it took them over 1 week to even begin looking at it. Each time I called I either had to leave a voice message or if they picked up, they never had an answer for me on anything. Whenever they say they'll call back, don't believe a word they say. I was always the one calling them and each time I spoke with them it was like running in circles. After 1 month of them "looking" at my car, nothing was resolved. It was a huge waste of my time and money...

Timo, the owner was so nice and walked me through how to make a claim on my insurance for water damage. He gave me peace of mind and spoke to me with respect. I appreciate the hard work and communication through out my whole process. My car is clean and im one happy customer! Definitely recommend ?

I took my C5 Vette for some suspension issues. The mechanic did'nt really seem to be comfortable working on a Corvette. They gave me an estimate of $2800 for shocks, tie rods and end links. I went home after paying the mandatory inspection fee they didn't tell me about of $67 (which you pay regardless if you have the work done or not) and looked up the parts online. They were charging me 75% markup on the parts and an outrageous $135 per hour labor. Needless to say I took my car somewhere else and had the work done for far less than these guys wanted. Ill drive by this place and laugh every time I go by. What a joke

Brought my VW here to have a look at some recent issues we were seeing with it. Timo and AJ communicated well, explained the issues and did the work quickly and at a fair price. I'll bring my European cars here from this time forward.

These guys do incredible work. When I was new to the area, I was fortunate enough to choose this place as my first stop for an oil change. I have not stopped going back ever since and they will remain my mechanic of choice as long as I am in the area.

These guys do incredible work. When I was new to the area, I was fortunate enough to choose this place as my first stop for an oil change. I have not stopped going back ever since and they will remain my mechanic of choice as long as I am in the area. They are very upfront when it comes to estimates. They tell me how much a job will cost and not once have I picked up my car with extra charges on the invoice. On top of everything else, everyone there is very pleasant to work with and talk to.

Very happy I found Timo's! My older Audi needed an insurance safety inspection and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. From AJ in the front office to detailed and informative discussions with Timo, I felt confident that my vehicle was going to be taken care of! And it was. Fair pricing and attention to detail, explanations of what needed to be repaired and handling/sending all the documents insurance company required. My impressions of this shop are very high and feel they really care about their customers . My car drives much better now too. Thank you Timo and staff!
