Wow , needed gas and the price was much lower than a few stations we past. Fast pumps, clean and friendly. Easy to get in and out!

Today I was with my aunt who had a tire on her car that looked to be almost flat. We were nearby when we noticed this so we came to Thornton's to get air. The air machine only accepts credit cards. I was having trouble getting the air machine to accept my credit card so I flagged down an employee that I saw walking in the back lot of the service area. A nice man named Troy came to my rescue! The sun was so bright it was really hard to read the air machine to see what the problem was. Even trying to shade the screen with our hand, the sun was reflecting on it. Once the credit card swipe went through, there was no mistaking that air was available and hissing out of the hose! He helped air up the tire and said we should have 34 pounds in the tire and it was registering only 9 when we began! That was so kind of Troy to help us two older ladies (ages 60+ and 85+) with the air. He recommended that my aunt go directly to Discount Tires so they can see if she needed a new tire or not. It was like we had a guardian angel helping us out with a "self service item" like air. It's not like it's a full service station as in the old days gone by. I always know that there are angels among us and today our angel was Troy. Thank you again Troy for coming to our rescue today!

Sylvia the manager very rude. Purchased items in store refused to break my $20 bill claimed no change all day nothing but 20s and 100s told me Walmart is down the street. Girl with pink hair chimed in as well rudely claiming no money. I came in as a customer and made a purchase not just some random asking for change. Normally would not do this because it's very superficial and d*** but when I asked her for customer service and told her look I don't want to call your corporate or I don't want to call your management please give me customer service she told me no screamed at me to leave the store and encouraged me to call corporate against to her. This thorntons has bad reviews and clearly the employees are the problem. I will never Patron this location again and likely not visit the Thorntons brand there's plenty of choices out there these people are doing a disservice to the brand. After reading the other reviews management is clearly the problem she threatened to me if I didn't get out of the store. I clearly see that the owner response to these reviews well before you respond to my review owner what are you doing about these issues? Are you telling this manager to stop acting like this? Just scroll through the reviews and you're going to see a bunch of these management rude starts yelling.

Always come to this location and also roselle for gas. Like everyone else is saying it is literally the cheapest you can find gas. My wife and I have a costco membership and if you're just using unleaded it's definitely worth coming here. Never had any waits or problems and I fill up every week, 52 weeks a year. Not to mention they have sweet deals if you download their rewards app and sweepstakes that you can enter in from time to time. Never won anything yet, but fingers crossed! Every Thorntons I've been at has amazing staff members that are super polite. You'd be surprised, I don't think I'd be very cherry cooped in a gas station all day/night but their staff never misses a beat and they're always on their toes. Keep up the great work!

the lady working the cashier in the front is extremely rude. i noticed the paper was more expensive than usually so i just asked a general question “did the price of the paper go up ? i could have swore it was 2$ on sunday” and then instead of just saying im not sure she got really defensive and rude. weird. even her co worker had a puzzled look.

Won't sell lotto tickets after 9PM due to (what ever) even though draw doesn't end until 9:22. Lazy. This happened three time to me. Had to go to Shell station. Little did they know I also needed gasoline. There goes $150. Guess I'll have to find a new favorite. Sorry, and goodbye, Thortons.

Come on Jay! Please make your employees follow social distancing guidelines. One lady aka manager does not wear a mask or is half down her face. The other will not follow 6ft apart at all times. I am in there everyday. Its only those two ladies. Please help them not to spread covid at thos time.
