Tony (the manager) was extremely pleasant & detailed. This facility is completely secure even down to the elevator. Exceptionally clean & climate controlled. If you rent anytime other than the 1st of the mth, they will prorate. Here they have a lock in price for 6 mths where others can change at the drop of a dime. You also have access to use of their truck at NO cost. They take your deposit then apply it back to your account if returned in the same condition.( limited hrs on use of the truck & availability). Thank you so much Tony for your amazing assistance! It was MY pleasure doing business with you & The Lock Up ?.Highly recommend. More than a 5 ⭐️ facility!!!!

I have had two units here for storage for three years. Short term situation turned into a long term. The facility is nice however management leaves A LOT to be desired. Tony has little to no customer service skills. Also as stated by several other beware the rent increases at random intervals and large percentages. For example, I was notified 1 week ago my Jan 1 rent will be going up $42 per month.

I had a horrible experience at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. I was unloading items in the parking lot to bring in, the male employee watched me to do and never said a word that BOTH elevators were not working (unit on another floor). There was only a sign on one of them. So I had to load up all my stuff back in the car and when I said to him "hey you could have said something or put a sign on the other elevator" he replies with "I don't know what unit you have, I'm not a mind reader"...No what you are is lazy and not customer oriented. We exchanged more words and he told me to get the hell out. I contacted corporate. Don't rent here. Lazy and elevators are out a lot.

I rented a storage unit on Friday 6/17 with a very nice gentleman at the front counter. I came back on Saturday to drop off more items, both bays were full and also all the 4 parking spaces. I went inside to ask if there was some other entrance to get to the unit and was told that was the only one. I got back into my car to wait for a space to open up across the street. One did after about 20 min of waiting. I parked my car and my mom and I grabbed a couple carts to load them up. Put my code in to use the elevator and the elevator didn't seem to be working. On Friday, when I rented the space, the elevator on the right had a note on it that it was out of service. The one on the left worked as my unit is on the 3rd floor. Saturday, trying to use the elevator that worked the day before, wasn't now working. I pressed the intercom and spoke to Edward and he said the both of the elevators weren't working and someone was coming at 1:30 to fix them. There is no note on the 2nd elevator saying it didn't work. I put all my stuff back in my car and decided I want to cancel this unit because it would have been nice to have been informed of the out of service elevators, there's no where to park when it's busy. I go in and ask Edward what the procedure is to cancel my unit, he said it's just coming in to let them know and turn my keys in. I said it would have been nice to be told that the elevators weren't working, and he replies with "what am I supposed to do read your mind? I don't know what you were here for" and I said he could have put up a sign to say it, could have said something the first time I walked in, and could have said it again when I was unloading my car IN FRONT of the office area. He got nasty and tried to cut me off while I was speaking and I wouldn't let him so he got mad, raised his voice and "said because I WOULDN'T LET HIM SPEAK, to get out" I told him it's basic customer service and he ushered me out the door. He could have told me when I came in the first time, could have told me when SEEING me unload my car, a simple "hey not sure where your unit is, but elevators are down" and he wanted to be a big man and be completely rude an unprofessional. He was pure nastiness. It's all on camera and I will be contacting everyone I find up the chain to let them know about who they have running their store.

I have been renting out a 5x5 storage unit with this company for about 2 years now. The storage facility has advanced security and is always clean. The only negative about the place is that about every year, the rate on my storage unit would go up about $10. I went from paying about $40 a month to $64 a month. I still recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a secure place to store their valuables.
