Love Spenga! It is the perfect amount of cardio, strength and stretches! The instructors are awesome and the music always puts me in the right mindset ☺️
SPENGA Bloomingdale is located just off of Lake Street and Bloomingdale Road. Our studio is lively and inviting. Our staff is personable and knowledgeable. You will notice that the owner, Carrie, not only welcomes you behind the desk, but will grab the mic and lead you through a sweat filled session. The music is always pumping and you are sure to have a great workout and a fun time!
