If the store is closed they should turn the lights off so that we don't waste our time pulling in there trying to get fuel and merchandise just a waste of our personal time

Nearly twisted my ankle by pump 2 with the massive pothole in the concrete. You'd think with record gas profits you'd protect your customers from potential injuries. But the lack of care in the store with with all the clutter of a flea market including counter space I can't expect much.

I went to gas up at Shell and the pump was not working. I went inside and the attendant came out and suggested I go inside to pay. I did and it still would not work. I went back in to her get my money back. The manager, Sonja, went on full attack. I asked to see her manager and she said she was the manager and while not call her boss. she was very insulting and condescending. If the attendant had told me ahead of time that I would have to wait for my money to go back on my card, I would have moved to a different pump. And if the manager had informed me of this professionally, I would have understood and bought my gas at another pump. with the insults and condescension I went to Soeedway and got my gas with ease. Sonja needs more training in customer service.

The review is specifically for the Shell station, not the Circle K convenience store. When the first heavy snow started when I was out in the suburbs on January 1, 2022, I knew I needed to get gas to help ensure that I didn't get stuck. Prices at this station were reasonable--they weren't out of line with the other gas stations in the area. There are a lot of pumps and they aren't crowded like some stations are (you could get around other cars relatively easily if needed). They also had an air machine/vacuum, which I mention since not every station seems to have them! I don't know the cost, though, nor whether they take Apple/Samsung/Whatever pay.

Do NOT use this car wash! Both my car and my husband's car got pushed off the track and it felt like I was ripping my car apart to get it out of there because another car was already coming in behind me!
