Sheena is amazing!!
One of my clients was having a tough time with their original agent in getting under contract and eventually was referred to Sheena. Sheena had them under contract within 1.5 weeks of showings when previously they were looking for 6+ months.
She was absolutely awesome and walked my clients through the process and was super easy to work with! Also got them a seller credit as well in a market and area where it’s tough to come by!

We have been passively involved in the housing marker for the last 2 years but since how competitive it is, we had no luck. This year, we got in touch with Sheena and she showed us some great houses, based on our liking and preference, but were getting outbidded. Sheena was still very proactive despite us losing houses and was able to find us a perfect home. Highly recommended.

Working with Sheena was by far one of the best decisions we made! We were with another agent for quite some time and we were getting discouraged losing deal after deal in this crazy market. Within exactly 2 weeks Sheena found us the property of our dreams and we won in a very competitive multiple offer situation. Sheena gets the job done! My husband and I have been renting our entire lives. Being a first time homebuyer is stressful and I was looking for someone who had our best interests at heart vs just caring about getting paid.I reached out to my local FB group asking for referrals and Sheena was one of the many recommendations my fellow community shared with me. I had already spoken with so many realtors but the conversation with Sheena was just different. I felt very comfortable with her from the beginning and felt like she was genuine and would genuinely have our backs with finding the perfect home within our budget.I moved forward in the home buying process with Sheena and I'm so glad we chose her. We spent the next week and a half or so looking at home. After the first couple she was really getting a good understanding of what was important to us. All the homes she sent me checked off most our boxes of what we were looking for. Fast forward to the home we purchased, this home hadn't hit the market yet but was truly the perfect fit my husband and I.Sheena helped us with a competitive offer and the sellers accepted our offer! We were able to find the perfect home before it even hit the market. These bidding wars can really be stressful and aggressive and it was so refreshing to find a home so perfect before it hit the market.I worked with Sheena's recommendations for an attorney and lender and the entire experience couldn't have been better. Wow. This was over before it even started. I contacted the agent listed on Zillow for a home I wanted to see. Sent one of those general e-mails but added "thank you, Julie." The response back was "When did you want to see this?" This is the entire e-mail I received - no hi, no buy, no thank you for the e-mail, no name. After a few short exchanges on the day of viewing i got this: "Why isn't that Realtor showing you this home? Where is the home you own?" I MEAN! CUSTOMER SERVICE MUCH?! I could not believe this was my first exchange with this agent! I am praying that I never have to meet her (Angela Lotz) in person and feel bad or my agent if he has to deal with her.

We met with Kathy M. a few months ago in an effort to put our townhome up for sale. Kathy came to our home, was exceptionally professional and polite, and complimented my taste in home furnishings. Unfortunately, we were told we were "upside down" in our home, that we really can't sell without losing a huge chunk of money. I wasn't ready to hear that, and I felt I was keeping an open mind thinking we would break even, or maybe lose a few thousand, but what I didn't expect was being told that our best bet was a short sale. We weren't happy with going in that direction, and part of me wonders if they just didn't want to list our property or if that was the 100% truth. In the end, we decided to stay in our home for at least another year, but I think we will be seeking out a second opinion in the near future. Kathy's marketing tools were impressive, and I believe she would gain so much exposure for any seller. It was important to us to have someone with experience, and working with Re/max full time, in order to sell our home, and Kathy was recommended through a family member. Overall, Re/max definitely has their sh*t together, and what company wouldn't after all these years? But just be prepared to hear the worst, because we definitely weren't!

We recently had a horrible experience with this realtor office. The realtor Sheila Zisk provided false information about the short sale she was representing. Over four months she continued to reject offers on a property always claiming that the bank would want just a little more money to close the sale. Once that more money was added to the offer, she changed her story and said the bank required more money. After breaking off contact with her, two months later she contacted us and requested we give a best offer to the bank. She assured us that the offer would be put through to the bank as long as we completed a $375 home inspection. We completed the inspection and submitted the offer. The seller's lawyer immediately rejected the offer and said that it was nowhere near the value required - he also denied the claims of Sheila Zisk that the bank was accepting all offers. While telling our realtor about the lawyer's rejection of our offer, Sheila indicated that if we increased our offer it might go through - yet another attempt to sidestep the process and get more money through incorrect methods. We wasted nearly 40 hours on this property and $375 all because Sheila Zisk provided false information. Since she is part of this business, be advised of the practices they use.
