Incredibly rude cashiers. Will not be returning to this location. Store is a mess, cashiers dont even wait for the card reader to tell you to remove your card before they call the next person over and ring their items up. No receipt given, i had to grab that myself. She didnt even speak to me. Dont go here if you are buying gifts!

I like this location but Ann is very unwelcoming, seems to be racist as she was mean to every colored person but had a friendly smile with caucasians. This is disappointing. I began to take off hangers to help her out and she aggressively said “DO NOT TAKE THE HANGERS OFF”. There was a long line behind me the other rep even asked if people can begin to remove hangers. Ann needs a better attitude and help.

Thank you Ms. MARTHA in charge of Ross Store on Army Trail Road in Bloomingdale Il.
The most kind and caring person. She was the only in charge person who was willingly helpful and successfully able to solve my problem on a purchase made with my credit card.
A very hard working lady who always remembers who shops at the store.
God Bless Martha. I thank you Ms. MARTHA and I hope the cooperate office recognizes the most valuable employee.

I have no idea, but being a customer for so many years I have never been able to see a smile on one of the cashiers. Her name is AIN and she looks like she came with the building and always regrets being born in this world. Please God make her smile sometimes so the store is not going to look like a Court House because of her
To Management: Does anyone read the reviews???!!! Have you noticed that all negative reviews are related to your "lovely" cashier???? I guess she must be the HR of the store and she takes care of all the addressed complaints.

Negative stars for the cashier today.
The lady made racist remarks at our toddlers playing by the check out counter calling us new community, new tantrums etc.
Ill mannered, unethical and very rude.

If you see a parent lugging two screaming toddlers toward the exit, you as a customer service representative don’t bark at them to “bring your cart over on that side! Don’t leave it there! Bring it on that side!” I normally am the type to put my cart away in the right place to help out the workers as much as I can, but have some tact and consider the circumstance; my kids were crying and my toddler was literally writhing around in my arms as you could clearly see, I could barely even push the cart at that point. (Probably from having to wait twenty minutes in line). And you’re gonna rudely, loudly command for me to bring the cart over to you while I’m busy talking to my kids trying to calm them down? Give me a break. I already worked my 9-5, you can take the cart yourself especially since you’re gonna be rude about it.

Yesterday i was here to shop and the cashier forgot to removed the plastic security in my dress when a walk out the bip sound and i back and told her snd she said was ok but when i got home i checked and it was there i discharge my receipt snd tidsy i back all the way to here just to hear that they can not help me with the ptobkem because no receipt Never shop here again snd people be careful eith thus lazy careless employees
