Rana Reagan pharmacy has been amazing to my parents over the last few years. They are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to mark sure the customers are happy. I can’t say the same thing about major pharmaceutical stores.

RanaReagan pharmacy gets my excellent vote. Alisha helped my mom reconcile all her medications with my mom’s pcp. Alisha also spent time and talked to mom which makes it even better since Mom takes it seriously with her more than me. Kamlesh pharmacist also have a sit down chat with her which made her more confident and be compliant. She loves the staff here. She tells us she is not going anywhere else. Now that says something.

I have been a customer for three years . Up until this year I had a dedicated elder pharmacist who was great . But this year has been terrible . One new young man left a critical prescription of mine on the shelf 12 days . Now I recently placed an order for a critical diabetes medication with my sugars up last week Thursday . The negligent and rude young lady who took the order put it on the shelf . All my orders get mailed or delivered by the driver . I had to call this thoughtless women Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday! She claimed it would arrive in the mail Thursday never showed up . Never admitted her mistake or offered to use the driver . This chick tells me mail only ! Useless from the word go . My sugars elevated 8 days I told my Attorney ! Don’t gamble with your life here . She only cares about profit mail only because my prescription is name brand bringing her lower profit what a thoughtless professional dirt bag !

Rana-Reagan pharmacy went above and beyond to get me my Covid-19 Booster. My medicaid plan was not covering it anywhere and I was ready to pay the $150 out of pocket. Rana-Reagan was the 3rd pharmacy i went to. After they too could not get my insurance to cover it instead of apologizing and moving on, they went through all the channels they needed to with my insurance to be in network and cover the vaccine.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PHARMACY! A TOTAL GAME CHANGER! Highly recommend you switch your entire pharmacy to them, they make things so easy and make sure your satisfied each time, and did I mention delivery too?! AMAZING I was paying over $100 a month at other Pharmacies and this pharmacy took the time and patience to look for coupons and help me… so happy and grateful I found this pharmacy!
