I recently booked a prenatal massage at the new location, but the experience was disappointing. Despite specifically booking a prenatal massage, & mentioning it again upon checking in, the masseuse was not informed it was a specialty service. Additionally, they no longer have the special bed for prenatal massages that they had at their previous location.
The new location is smaller, with less parking available, and the massage room was quite cramped. Although the masseuse was friendly and thorough, the overall experience was not what I expected.
When it was time to pay, I was informed that my gift cards were invalid due to the new location/ownership/move. As a pregnant customer, I haven't had the time to visit the new location since the move. I believe the cards should have had a one-year expiration from the change of location, especially since customers were not contacted to be aware of the change.
Due to these issues, I will not be returning to Platinum Spa and will be seeking out a spa where the booking process is smoother and customers are better informed.

I've been going here for almost 15 years. this place has moved and is under new management. Hopefully any changes they will make will only improve the place. The new location does seem extremely small for a spa.

Frank, the owner is kind, however Judy was incredibly rude, hurtful, gaslit me when I tried telling her about issues I had with my services. I have gotten a facial, massage, and my hair done so far at this salon and today I decided to get my nails done. I have always paid for all my services and tipped well. I had the worst experience I have ever had at any salon and Judy refused to even discount or do anything to rectify the situation when I am clearly a paying customer from getting services from them already in the past and I could have become a regular for them but that will no longer happen. I did confirm if I could do gel for my manicure and pedicure and was told I could. However when I got there I was told they only do regular nail polish. First problem. I was given incorrect information. Secondly, I had my nails done at another salon and every salon I go to when booking a nail appointment asks if I need removal of a certain type of nail polish and what I am wanting to get. I said gel but was not asked about removal or if I had other nail polish already from a previous salon, that should have been my red flag. When I got there the nail salon was not fully equipped to remove or treat my nails properly and remove it properly. Mind you this is a full service salon. So I just assumed they were fully equipped to remove and do my nails properly. The nail tech as kind and friendly but not able to fully remove the previous nail polish and just painted over it, leaving a bump and improperly removing and painting my nails. Now it’s Christmas weekend and I will not be able to get my nails fixed for Christmas in time. They wanted me to pay for these services fully and Judy had no empathy for my situation. With the lack of customer service and lack of basic human kindness, I will never be going back to this salon again. I did not even get an apology or any empathy about my situation from Judy until the owner got involved. He asked if he could do anything to fix the issue for me which I appreciated but didn’t offer any solutions or anything that would interest me in ever coming back there again. This location is also not what the photos look like online, just warning you. They have moved locations to a smaller and not as nice location as shown in the photos. I also got a massage and couldn’t fully relax but chose to ignore it because everyone was nice until I dealt with Judy and didn’t want to be a bother anyone but while getting a massage it was extremely noisy because the salon is smaller now and crammed. I could hear a lot of the noise and couldn’t fully relax in my massage, that is another reason I will not be returning but ultimately it was the lack of communication, failed communication, lack of customer service, and the incredibly rude experience that I had that will be the reason I will no longer go. That is the loss of the salon as I am a regular spa customer and I get all types and ranges of spa services done regularly and tip well. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at any salon in my life. Every salon I have gone to when told I am unhappy or a service was not done well has always been apologetic and done something to resolve my issue.

I enjoy my mani every other week and pedi once a month.My nail tech is Magda and she is wonderful. Friendly, warm, funny. She reads her clients and knows when to chat and when to stick to business. Magda and I enjoy our conversations and laughs as we have a siimilar sense of humor. I look forward to my appointments and have been Magdas client for over ten years. Judy manages Platinum and is very accommodating when it comes to changing appointments etc. It is a beautiful spa facility. There is a very peaceful ambience. Walking out of Platinum you feel like you have been to the spa. This is not a store front in a strip mall. I always enjoy my spa experience ( even if its only a mani) at Platinum .

Very nice place, I absolutely love Jenna! She does a great job on my hair and gets me in and out in 2 hours or less which I love! Highlights, cut and root coverage...she's great at it all. Oh, and she gives the best shampoo scalp massage EVER!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
