Us paying customers have 2 wait for machines while the kids that get in for free are taking them up, also no personal trainers available for us black card customers

I haven't had a problem like other people with the bathrooms cause I go during work lunch hour, but the thing that gets me is that the 30 min Express is always occupied by people that do their rotations instead of the actual express 30 min that it should be

The place is awesome, it is a care free environment. The staff is very knowledgeable and the manager Dante is very helpful. It is a clean and very friendly environment. I love working out here because no one judges you.
