Ten years plus, we were some of his first customers. We had an issue with a stolen debit card in December that was attached to the automatic pay. Two months we had no home insurance and only one of two cars insuranced. Did Peter or Ingrid reachnout to notify us? Nope. There was absolutely no possible reason not to reach out to us regardless. Did they call us? No. Email us? No. A letter? Nope. Not even a text. We had to repeatedly call them once we were notified from our mortgage company we were not insuranced. Peter finally responded, but never followed up. Had a bad experience with him early on but gave him a chance, big mistake. I'd give zero stars, but it wouldn't allow me.

Anna was exceptional. I was in an accident and she assisted me from start to finish; From placing my claim correctly, to finding the best car repair place to finally completion and retrieving my car. I am very impressed with her customer service as well as follow up. There were no questions she could not answer in a timely fashion and really did a great job making this situation a pleasant one.
