Google will not let me respond to your comment so I will do it here. I have reached out to our sales person, Tim, 3 times in 4 weeks with no response from him. Your company is the one the sold us the defective product and your statement below is taking no ownership in this fact. We put our trust in you to do our entire house. I have put in my last email what will rectify this situation, along with video of how loud the popping of the floors is. Please have Tim contact me. This issue has been going on for 2 years!

My wife and I were looking to remodel our current house. I contacted John, the owner. He made the time for my wife and I to stop by his showroom and go over samples of vinyl flooring. After back and forth, my wife and I finally found a color we both loved. John then came out to the house , for a measurement. He took one look and asked why would we want to remove our flooring. He educated us on our current floors being real hardwood. We decided to keep our current floors but have them redone. His crew came out and installed/tied into our old flooring. Then his supervisor, Victor, came out and applied multiple sample colors. Tina, in scheduling, worked around our contractors schedule. The entire company paid attention to all the details and made this process simple. These guys rock.

I have a room that they had to put 2 seams in. They are so obvious, a 2nd grader could have done better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Will see if they stand behind their work but already had 2 people come out to review and try to correct the issue. Seams still very obvious. Very poor job of stretching carpet as well as I have a couple ripples as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WORKMANSHIP!!!!

My oak hardwood flooring was installed from performers flooring in 2019 through a custom home builder. After three years of living in the house I’ve decided to add a few additional rooms and refinish the floor to a new color. I’ve been trying to get an estimate from them for over a year now. After months of trying to get in contact with someone I finally got in touch with the right person who would quote it. After the initial call, the person was great and follow up and reached out a week later letting me know he was still working on it. After that it was crickets… I’ve called and left 5 voicemails over the course of the past three months. I understand the trades are busy but I would have been completely okay with them turning down the work or just setting some sort of expectation on when they will get around to it.

We have used Performers several times. Always good quality work done by professionals. We had all upstairs carpet replaced today. Lots of heavy stuff to move. The crew was neat, professional and expedient. The carpet was left clean and vacuumed. Great job guys.

CLASSIC MAN CAVE. Performers had a ROUGH floor to deal with when they took on our project. 150 year old concrete basement floor that was as cockeyed and uneven as you could get. And they accepted my challenge to take long plain ole vinyl planks and turn then into a mind blowing herringbone pattern. Took an extra day to level the floor but they still finished a day early. My husband is THRILLED with the floor — it looks fantastic and accomplished everything we were going for. The Performers team was professional, friendly, diligent and took great pride in their work. Happy to recommend them!!!

We recently completed a project with the Performance Tile team. We had a wonderful and very personalized experience with them. Our sales person was Tim and we really appreciated his diligence and close attention to details. Sales manager Tim Nenoff is an amazing asset to Performance Tile — he is very nice and polite and as customers, he made us feel that our satisfaction was really important to him. Hernan and Juan were installers for our project and I cannot say enough great words for them. I have never observed this kind of professionalism before. They were truly amazing.. and Ed who was supervising whole project was wonderful. He made sure until the last moment that everything is taken care of and met our standards.I would definitely love to use Performance Tile’s services for my future projects and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

My experience started with Jim picking out the perfect tile products, he was very patient, and when I was having trouble finding exactly what I was looking for, he searched on his own through Books, and found the perfect tile. my installer Francisco was excellent. he actually ended up giving me an idea that turned out to be my favorite part of my master bath. This was the first major project for me so, of course, a lot of questions came up. I think the best part of the job experience was the supervisor named Ed. I would certainly ask for him by name he explained everything to me, and when little challenges came up, he would always have a solution, if I ever did tile work again, I would be sure Ed would over see my project.
