She took the time to show me several products I was looking for, recommended one option specifically for me + then rang up my purchases at the beauty counter so I didn't have to wait in line! On top of that, she signed me up as a Beauty Enthusiast so I can start earning points toward a $5 reward + took the time to check my general points (which they never do at the main counter) so i ended up saving another $5 on top of the Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion!
