“I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”

“I received excellent service from the two young men at the counter. They were patient, compassionate, and helpful as I figured out how to complete my two Amazon returns, as well as ship an additional package. well, the cost to ship the package was more expensive than using the US Postal Service, they quickly and courteously helped me check off another item on my to do list with a smile.”

I had went to two other locations the equipment was broken and customer service was terrible and line was long. Not this place the owner managed to attend to myself and several other customers without missing a beat all while taking calls from customers on the phone talk about multitasking everyone left happy that because they got everything they wanted done and were in and out.”

“I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”

“This is by far the best ups store around. Jimmy and Isaiah are two of the best workers I’ve seen in any ups store. They both go above and beyond for the customers even when the store is busy. I’ve been going to this establishment for 10+ years and haven’t had an issue yet. They are always so polite and respectful no matter what.”

“Not really sure of all the bad reviews. Never had a bad experience here. Today was the best. Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”
