I want to add to my other 5 star review. I was contacted that my glasses are available.
This was ordered just about 1 week, 2 days ago. This is super fast and efficient compared to my experience with Pearle Vision in Schaumburg year ago when it took 4 months for my glasses to be ready only after complaining all the way to corporate.
Thank you to Jocelyn and Gigi who adjusted my glasses to fit me well.
All in all, this is a very satisfying experience at this lenscrafters with capable, efficient, courteous staff. Thank you so much!

Highly impressed! My doctor, Sam, was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. The rep on the floor, that assisted my son and myself in purchasing glasses, was also so very friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience and will highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this Lenscrafters on Army Trail road in Bloomingdale. The staff are very welcoming from my first encounter with Hamsa (sorry if spelling is wrong)who made my appointment. I was prepped with tests on my appointment by Zach, then saw Dr Christine Evola, finally had new glasses ordered with help of Dania. All the staff are very courteous and efficient. Dr.Evola is a cheerful and warm person who puts you at ease as she examines you. She was reassuring and patient during her examination as vision measurements are taken. She also gave useful advice for my dry eyes. I am impressed with the more advanced equipment and protocol as measurements are made of your vision. I was also impressed with what seems to me more precise methodology for measuring you for your glasses compared to my previous experience at PearleVision. Dania was very helpful in advising me on light frames for my computer glasses. Finally Dania and Jiji were both kind enough to adjust my previous glasses and now both glasses are more comfortable.
This was a very satisfactory experience and I can't say enough of the staff here. I'm glad I was able to find a much better alternative to PearleVision in Schaumburg as the quality of service and management had deteriorated in PearleVision when ownership changed.
This Lenscrafters makes me confident that my vision needs will be taken care off by the efficient and caring staff. Thank you!

I was in need of new glasses, it's been quite a while since I had my eyes checked so I tried the new location Lens Crafters opened in Bloomingdale. The facility is very clean, the staff efficient and friendly, the Dr very knowledgeable. Once I had the examination I was able to choose frames. There's quite an assortment to choose from and I only had to select one pair of frames. My regular glasses and my sunglasses are still in excellent shape, they were purchased at Lens Crafters many years ago and I will reuse them. The pair I selected for computer use is the only pair I had to purchase.

The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Very professional. Dr. Evola stayed with me through the entire process while I picked out my glasses. She was very dedicated and knowledgeable and helpful, she watched out for all the details so I knew the ones I was picking out were the right ones for me. I definitely recommend Dr. Evola to anyone who’s looking for a doctor. She is the best doctor I’ve ever seen and I will continue to come to Lens Crafters and see her as my doctor.

I arrived before four o’clock and was able to be seen in less than five minutes for a vision exam. I was able to discuss the results of the vision exam without delay. I left knowing more information about my vision issues and all concerns were addressed. I enjoy knowing how well my vision has improved.
