For the longest time a went to the Palatine store and Tara was my girl. Tara was amazing until I found Sbeidi in Des Plaines. When LJ moved her to Bloomingdale I had to follow a good thing. Sbeidi does an amazing job, fantastic personality. You should switch from whoever cutting your hair and ask for Sbeidi. You will not be disappointed!!

I have been getting my haircut by Sbeidi for years and have never had a bad experience. She is very professional and has always taken care of me. I know you can only give a 5 star rating. Sbeidi should get a 10 star rating.

What a horrible experience. Took my 14-year-old son to get his haircut and Jessica. The haircut girl with the pink hair was extremely rude to my son and l, I asked for a low top fade for my son, She kept arguing with me and my son about the style and size comb, we told her a number two, she says that's too short. I said he hasn't had a haircut in a while. She was snappy at me. And since when is it her decision? How short my son's hair is supposed to be, That's like going to a tattoo artist and asking for a snake and them telling you NO!! you're getting a flower.... Another Karen encounter... I'm so tired of people trying to make decisions for other people. We told her what we wanted, I asked her if there was a different stylish that could cut his hair. She said no. This is fine. I said well we can leave then and she said no I said, are you sure you seem a little overwhelmed? She says I'm fine sir in a in a very condescending voice , I said are you sure we can go somewhere else and she just started cutting his hair!!! At this point we were there. The other girl that was there has cut his hair before she came over and she said oh that's how I did it last time. She was super nice but I have never been treated like this before. She was just super rude and then as she was cutting my son's hair she was pulling. She was very aggressive at one point I was like that's it but at that point she was almost done. I came home was talking to my son about it and he was like she kept pulling and ripping at my hair dad. She was mean I'll never come back there again. Thanks Jessica! Happy Easter!...

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now. What keeps me coming back is Sbeidi. She’s been my stylist at this location and has always done an amazing job. Everyone at the location is great as well but if you’re looking for great friendly service, definitely book with Sbeidi. 10/10!

The first time I came here to see Monica, she did a wonderful job. and today is the 2nd time I came here, I met another woman, I have never had such a terrible experience, she was very rude, and had a very bad haircut.
