Store is to crowded now since incorporating Sephora. Sad state of affairs. Not user friendly.

Clean and well organized Kohl's. I thought this Kohl's looked kind of small until I realized there is a whole second floor upstairs! We came here for the Sephora store and walked around after and was surprised to find how clean it was. Sometimes certain locations can be a little disorganized but this one was far from that. We found some decently priced clearance clothing and were checked out and out the door in just a couple of minutes, even during the busy Sunday afternoon when we visited.

I haven’t shopped at Kohls in a number of years but have returned a couple times in last few months because the prices and quality are very good. Using Kohls cash discount is easy and helps save money. Associates are helpful and pleasant, thank you Akshada!

Angie made my experience terrible and definitely took her frustration from the previous customer out on me. She made the previous customer go upstairs and “pretend to shop” instead of doing a price adjustment. Then she told me I couldn’t exchange shorts for a different size without doing a no-receipt-return instead of looking it up on my card like every other Kohl’s does. Leaving me no other option but to pay extra for just a smaller size… she was very rude and I could tell she was having a bad day and just lying to customers. The customer service industry isn’t for her.
