Since being in our house for over 30 years, the thought of selling was to say the least, overwhelming. The LaDeur Team made the total process easy. They gave us great advice on how to present our house in the best possible way. We were very pleased with the photos, both inside and exterior “bird view” shots using a 30 ft pole camera. We received many compliments from our friends and family when they saw our listing.
Our open house weekend was a great success. We were especially pleased with the large number of pre-open house appointments that were made, in addition to day of walk ins. We felt very comfortable knowing that a team member was on every floor including basement to answer any questions and make sure everything remained safe.
John and Pat helped us navigate through the multiple offers we received with good advice. The closing process was made easier by their reminders for us to tie up loose ends like final meter readings etc. They made sure the little details did not present problems.
The knowledge and experience of John and Pat was the big differentiator over other realators. We had a great experience and highly recommend the LaDeur Team.

The LeDeur team is unmatched for Professionalism. John and Pat have helped several members of the family: most recently with the death of our mother. In a time of grief, they provided concise direction to successfully expedite the sale of her residence. From listing to closing in only 4-weeks, at the targeted sale price. Prior experience with their team was with investment property. They assisted in navigating the obstacles of the purchase and then help locate a wonderful tenant.
