Called for help she literally said they do not accept clients. As a business, I’m very curious how denying a customer in anyway helps with your profits or as a company in general. Ridiculous.

I've been going here for a few years now. It's always a clean place with nice and polite people working. I leave within a reasonable amount of time and pay what I feel is a fair price to not have to worry about anything. Highly recommended.

The man who "helped" me said he didn't want to waste his time or mine because I wasn't getting a big return. I told him that I still needed to do my taxes. He was not interested in doing it. Not a happy camper.

Fahmeeda is amazing and very knowledgeable. The receptionist however, not so much. Also the website is very misleading, states only paying $80 to file and the total came out wayy more than expected with no heads up from my tax agent as to what it would be. Also they don’t take multiple forms of payment otherwise their system will freeze and the client will have to wait longer to pay everything on one card only.
