Patty as long as she’s been doing this seems lost she should be Knowledgeable of what to do next . My girl friend got her taxes done too, we called Patty to ask her why didn’t the IRS take out the money own to them they were supposed to take out the money a week before ( we don’t want to get Penalized ) she said she didnt know and to
Call the IRS. FOR her to be doing taxes as long as she has she should have a better answer. She didn’t make me feel comfortable. When my girl friend called me the Asian lady just told her that someone had already called about that and just hung up. I should have gone to the ADDISON. Location were I was going to the past 2 years. Or better yet next year I’m just doing TURBO TAX free no fee. All H&R Block is they have a program ( like turbo tax ) and just punch in numbers and send your case electronically. H&R Block is ripping people off for 160$ ( no house no Dependence )to have a person just send info to the IRS.

Called for help she literally said they do not accept clients. As a business, I’m very curious how denying a customer in anyway helps with your profits or as a company in general. Ridiculous.

I've been going here for a few years now. It's always a clean place with nice and polite people working. I leave within a reasonable amount of time and pay what I feel is a fair price to not have to worry about anything. Highly recommended.

The man who "helped" me said he didn't want to waste his time or mine because I wasn't getting a big return. I told him that I still needed to do my taxes. He was not interested in doing it. Not a happy camper.
