“Update: 12/18/22The very next day, the franchise owner reached out to me after a back and forth email with the Store Manager. They reached out to try and resolve the matter, this was not requested by me, however they took it upon themselves to address the issue. I great appreciate the effort and speaks highly of their character.Again, I'm still frustrated with "GNC" and this issue, but appreciate franchise owner for reaching out to me on this.I've updated my review from 1 Star to 4 Star purely on the Franchise owner's actions.Original review below:Beware, this is NOT an GNC location which is part of "GNC". Only items purchased from this store, they will action on, meaning, and any purchases made online or other GNC locations they will not provide any help. They do not know the location of any GNC stores. I would take your business else where.”

They serve herbalife products, suplementos o supplements considered a protein bar and a nutrition club in Hanover Park IL! I Def recommend them!”
“Great products, just a bit over priced. I've been coming to this location for over a year now, it's always been well stocked and clean. The sales associates are always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, the only downside is that most of their products are over priced, you can find the same products online or at Walmart for cheaper. I have the free GNC rewards membership and it still doesn't make it worth it, I suggest only shopping here if what you're looking for is on discount, or there is a special sale. Otherwise, it's just not worth it.”
“I've been going here for many years and have never had a bad experience. Recently, someone (probably the owner) overheard me and my child complaining about a certain product never being in stock, but after talking to us, it's in stock all the time!”

“I can't recommend this place highly enough - THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF! During the height of COVID, I went in and asked the *manager* about what supplements he would recommend taking to help me and my parents (hopefully) make COVID as least bad as possible... as none of us are particularly healthy. He said that there were four supplements that customers seem to be buying to help with that. I bought them and we all took them as soon as symptoms started....and after that first day we were basically symptom-free. THANK YOU!”

“Getting back into the gym and decided to try out some supplements. Adam was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. He gave me recommendations for a leaner whey protein powder thats effective for recovery and muscle gain, and a great all in one pre workout.”

“I just come here for the awesome buffet selection mostly. If you are hungry and not sure what you would like to have, just take a stroll through their hot buffet bar and cold buffet bar and I'm sure you can be creative in your custom mix of fresh food made daily.
Their pastry bar is excellent as well.
My favorite is now the chocolate-dipped macaroons. They're so good that you can't just have one to go but at least 2 per person.
They also have a quiet liquor bar to enjoy a cold drink with friends on that hot summer afternoon or to work up an apetite.”
