I had a great experience as this institution not only remembered what kind of pair of glasses I usually wear (Ray-Ban RX6335), but also keep track of all the features my previous glasses came with such as the Blue Light Filtering and transfer those features to my new pair. This helps tremendously on my end as I sit on the computer very often. They also remember the discount my previous frames came with and do their best to apply that discount along with my insurance plan to my new pair.
The overall eye exam procedure was great as my optometrist Dr. Robert T. Carlson made sure I had no other problems with my eyes other than myopia.
The customer service was great as the staff member Lori was informed pretty well on the records regarding the pair of glasses, features, and discounts for individuals such as myself who’d take 2-3 years to come back and get a fresh new pair.
I’d highly recommend this institution.

Great experience today! They were right on time with my appointment. I saw the doctor immediately. Always friendly and thorough.
After, Lori was so helpful with ordering contacts and picking out glasses. She even found a rebate to apply and verified my insurance coverage again for additional savings.
I have been going here for years. The service is top notch. I highly recommend.

Dr Carlson is awesome! He prescribed me bifocal contacts and wow! JoAnn was super friendly and professional and found my insurance with ease that I didn't know I had. When I called to schedule an appointment I was offered to come in that day which was great. I will definitely recommend JoAnn and Dr Carlson to friends and family.

I happened to call on a whim this afternoon because my other eye appointment was over an hour wait for my scheduled time. The staff at this location is absolutely amazing! They not only got me in right away, even though they were booked, they were completely accommodating. Everyone on staff was very friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend 100%!
