The internet and mobile app are down and there is NO 24X7 support - I have tried all phone number even the lost credit card number which made we wait and then it hung up. HOW CAN A BANK NOT HAVE 24X7 SUPPORT. I needed to get into my account and I was unable to do so. I have 8 hours of trying. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED -

Such a lack for talented individuals. If you want quality service or qualified tellers, avoid this branch. Everyone here is incompetent. I love this bank, but this branch is God awful. Please send a regional manager to make some much needed adjustments. The people of Bloomingdale don't deserve this level of disgrace.

Terrible customer service. I stopped in there Monday afternoon to order replacement cards and the teller told me the manager would have to help me. Manager (Tom) was busy so she would have him call me. As of 5pm I hadn't heard from him so I called to see if he was available. He was not but the girl told me he would absolutely be giving me a call before they close at 5:30pm. I never got a call. It is now Friday and have not heard a word. This is the type of customer service you get from 5/3. They obviously don't care.

So Fifth Third Bank acquired MB Financial within the past year. All my accounts were switched over to 5/3rd. I also have a safety deposit box with MB Financial, which I would have liked to have along with my other accounts at 5/3rd. Come to find out that there isn't a safety deposit box available not only at 5/3rd, BUT AT ANY OTHER AREA BANK IN THE AREA. I was told they are making more boxes available at their Bloomingdale branch in the future. You knew about this for a year and you didn't care enough about your new customers to have new boxes already available. Tell me why I should bank with you in the future. Annoyed beyond belief.
