I was so impressed beyond belief with Luma at this FedEx Office location! I had a poster to print and she knew exactly what I was trying to describe and found a less expensive way to get it done. Luma went out of her way and spent a lot of time helping me!

This store tries hard - they really do but they tend to miss deadlines which can be frustrating. I'm sure they are understaffed like everywhere but submitting an online order for pickup at 6 pm and not getting a text/email until the next day is frustrating. The quality of the work is really good but the timeliness isn't.

I waited in line for 25 minutesThey asked four people ahead of me for help I'm handicapped this place is unprofessional and deplorable and discriminatory
