Stayed 3 nights, they let me check in early, and rooms were clean and warm.Service was great, except the breakfast people were a bit slow, so give yourself plenty of time.

This review has nothing to do with Chasity, who was extremely helpful. But this company STOLE $30 in charges from me. They charged me for parking, when I didn't have a car to park. They charged me for drinks and food I never ordered. And this was all done without contacting me at all. I was told I would be refunded today and I still haven't gotten a dollar back. Do yourself a favor and NEVER book a Marriot. $12 dollar parking for a suburb? You have to be kidding me. Also, they won't tell you about it. They'll just charge you and hope you don't look at the receipt they send you a day later. This hotel is complete TRASH.

Above and Beyond...Very clean and comfortable and large rooms. The beds are a bit high off the ground. That's not great for vertically challenged (short) adults. And breakfast was across the way at the other Marriott. But really nice people and very nice view. And they went out of their way to make a salad for my sister who was famished after a difficult day getting to the Chicago area from out of town. That was above and beyond

Hotel was quiet. Breakfast non existing we had to walk across the parking lot and get it at another hotel. The room was clean but the floors Need Cleaned my socks got nasty just from the carpet.Rooms: Stayed in 405 the picture is what my socks looked like after waking around the room. Kinda discussed honestly.

Average hotel. Breakfast not included in room price. Also, $12/night for parking??? This isn't downtown Chicago, there is nothing but parking lots surrounding this place. Our room definitely had a smell, very humid even with AC going.

Chastity is a very friendly face to see when my friend and I come to visit. Morning, noon, night, middle of the night, I swear she is always here and wears all the hats at the Courtyard! We had our reservation transferred to the hotel next door and she works at the Residence Inn too. I really haven’t seen other people working. I’ve had issues from basic maintenance, housekeeping or even just a rough stay, she always resolves the hardest problems. When traveling as frequently as we do, it’s nice to know she is someone we will always see. After the first time I saw her, she always greeted me by my name and thanks my friend for being a loyal guest to the brand. I think we are a titanium now after staying there so much. You don’t see that anymore and it put a smile on my face. I’ve tried to tell her manager about how great she is, but I haven’t seen another manager since I’ve been staying here. I look forward to staying here again soon!

We stayed here for 3 nights (2 rooms) nothing really special about it Lobby was nice and had an overpriced Starbucks Rooms were fine - no nonsense, older furniture and SUPER tall beds. Looks like they started to update at some point but never finished - like the couch in my room looked newer, but the bedside tables looked original to whenever the hotel was built. A couple things irked me. I understand that most places are short staffed but1) we were told that didn't have housekeeping services because of them being short staffed - which I thought was interesting since we were staying 3 days and I wasn't able to get fresh towels? But we were ok with it since we being our own bedding/pillows. But every morning I put my used towels outside my door for pick up and every evening I would wait in line at the front desk to ask for fresh towels.2) in my kid's room (remember NO housekeeping services) we brought our own bedding and pillows and places the hotel blankets on the floor. One night when we got back to the room - the housekeeper had put the "floor" bedding back on the bed - folded our bedding and put our pillows on top the hotel bedspread AND removed the clothes that were on the bed and put them on the hotel chair!!! Now there is a certain "paranoia" about hotel rooms, which is why we brought our own bedding! Well that was tossed out the window with "floor" bedding being intermixed with our own stuff - ugh!

Great location to Army Trail which is where all the shopping is. The staff was very helpful. Just remember to bring your charger for they don't have charging capabilities in the room. I feel this is an upgrade needed because we are all tech savvy.

Overall, pretty unhappy with the experience, on a few different levels. The first and foremost was the issue with room access. Our clothes and all other items were locked in our room and we couldn't access them until the morning and had to sleep in dirty clothes in a different room that, frankly, had a B.O. smell and pet odor topped with cologne. We were assured, repeatedly, that we we would not have to pay for that night. If we didn't have those assurances, we wouldn't have stayed at this hotel for our two remaining nights in town.I'm not sure if it was a lie or what, but we were in fact charged for that night and nearly a month later we still have not seen the refund. I've communicated with a person at the front desk and the general manager and was told each time they would fix the issue. At this point, I want all of my money back. There were a few other issues, like there wasn't actually coffee and breakfast available in the morning for purchase. Kinda weird, but my main focus is being refunded like we were repeatedly assured we would be.At least the restaurants nearby were good.

Disappointed. The only thing nice about this place was that the rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. But it's way overpriced and they said breakfast is available, then next day he said no breakfast on weekends. Not even cold cereal or coffee. Seriously? For $180 a night, no coffee?? Heck, even cheap roach motels offer that. Hotel next door at same price has rooms with full kitchen and a buffet of good hot breakfast every day. This place the room only has small mini fridge, no microwave. No coffee creamer or sugar in the in room coffee maker. The little stuff does matter. Never coming here again and telling everyone not to come here either.

Nice room, comfy bed, nice balcony, great TV, mini fridge in room. Clean, quiet, good desk. Lots of close-by stores and restaurants. Shower water pressure could've been better, but everything else has been great. Didn't really make use of any "services" so can't rate that.
