The store is always clean and well organized no matter how busy it is. Plus there are plenty of cashiers to check out in a timely matter.

I came in for short ribs but all they had was a giant slab of short rib that I would not have had the ability to cut or cook with what I have at home. Kurt the butcher responded to my wave and came over and actually cut up the slab so I could make my Christmas dinner for me and my son. I am so appreciative of him doing that! It made all the difference.

Five stars when you go shopping in person. When you get it delivered, they shouldn't use boxes that a healthy man or women can't break down. There is no way a handicap, elderly, or just about anybody can break the boxes down for recycling. Costco, don't put that burden on your customers! Break down your own boxes! Use recycling bags!

We had a terrible experience with a cashier called Rafaela, we went to her because the lane was alone so it will be more fast to checkout, we did two separate transactions because we were going to pay with two different cards own by the same person, we told her that from the beginning, when we were doing the second transaction she told us in a very bad attitude that the owner of the membership needed to pay, it was a wrong comment because the owner of the membership was gonna paid everything just with a different card, we repeated to her what we were doing and she got more upset and started scanning our items in a very rude attitude and rough way. It’s not that we were provided with wrong information it’s the way she treated us, We don’t want to do our grocery shopping where people treat us like that, we’re definitely not coming back, if she’s in costumer service she should treat people in a nice and helpful way. Really hope this Costco can fix this costumer service problem.

Had the worst experience at the gas station with the worker named Bruce. He was being so condescending and racist to my mom all because she was having car issues and tried her best to tell him the issue. Instead he offered no help on the cold, snowing day and he made us push the car out of the way because we "were no longer making him money at the pump."

I definitely enjoy shopping at Costco, but the people that shop there need to not leave their houses anymore if they can't look at where they are going while out in public.Be mindful of your surroundings, the world doesn't revolve around you and never will.

costco doesn't answer the phone. i've called the store multiple times to ask a simple question that i couldn't find out online. i made sure i wasn't calling when they were closed. *they were open! i'm disappointed:/

I simply cannot agree with Costco's membership rules, why am I denied to shop because my husband wasn't present to show his membership card? We have the same address that is on file, a pass with a warning would have been a better way to approach situations like this.

Be sure to check out these items next time you stop by... Costco gas is very high quality but very low in price. They have a house brand called Kirkland. Try Costco's version of a product. You never have a problem getting a full refund if it doesn't please you.

Avoid this Costco. Prices for products vary between costcos based on managers discretion. This costco has significantly higher prices than the Saint Charles location. They do not price match.

Everything is great expect for the long wait to checkout. I think a limited on how many items you can purchase through the self checkout would help and then you can plan on how many cashiers are needed. No one likes spending all their available time shopping then standing in line for 10-15 minutes to pay. You get buyer’s remorse!!!

I was just in there at self checkout and the short african american male working in that section is extremely rude and unprofessional! He had on a black polo collared shirt with some yezzy tennis shoes on. Bald head as well. I asked him to help me scan my two idem's and he act like he didnt hear me then when he did respond he said "what" with a nasty attitude. My registered didn't work for some reason so i asked him to help me out again and he was pretty irritated and said "what" with a worse attitude than before! Completely uncalled for. I wish I had his name but he didnt have his name tag on either.
