I have used BA Chase credit card for years and travelled all over Europe I have used it intensely for cash advances never a problem with it using except normal that some card readers are dysfunctional, so I carry another card as backup. On this trip for the first time I have not been able to get cash advances in the UK and Germany. The other problem is my phone quit working so I was not able to call them. I tried at probably 10 different banks in Germany and several in London none worked and has given been a great deal of anxiety. So user beware and I will look for other services.

Got to chase at 420pm to open a business checking account. I was told that unfortunately that would take about 45 minutes and they close at 5pm. I guess no one could stay 5 minutes late to help me. I'm still trying to understand how a place can function with this type of customer service.

I’ve never been charged a fee. I’ve never had to wait in line. Never had an issue with the ATM. Tellers are great. All around great branch.

If you are not going to rebuild the lake st Bloomingdale branch then you need to add more ATMs in the lobby or drive thru that dispense other than $20 bills. I just waited 10 minutes for the person in front of me to try every card in her wallet to get cash. Very annoying as I waited to get 2 $100 bills. I was in and out within a minute. And on top of it she was lined back up inside waiting for me to finish so she could try more cards. Didn't even have the courtesy to wait outside like I did!

Line was fast inside and the younger guy at the counter was very friendly and efficient!

Chase bank as a whole is deplorible. They fee you left and right for business and personal accts. Then when you ask for the fees back they are acting like you robbed them with their attitudes about it. Run very fast from Chase and any of their branches and products.

The working house changed 2 weeks ago, by 2pm on Saturday, but they don't consider it important to update on Google maps

Branch manager is good but the bankers need training. There is this leady who don't know how to talk. She asked me to go sit back pointing with her middle fingure after she called my name in a first place. She could have asked softly. Just horrible and that middle fingure is just crazy, not sure she even know what she is doing. Teach some soft skills to these people.

This branch is little more than an ATM and tellers. Short staffed - one Notary rarely available so go to the Lake Street branch instead. There is no way to call the branch directly for their Notary availability.

Never had an issue here before. The lines are pretty much 1-5 minute wait every time I go. Drive thru line is quick and they have 4 ATM machines outside. So plenty of ways to withdraw or deposit.

One of their drive-thru ATMs is frequently broken. Just tonight, it broke down again while I was depositing $947 in cash to pay for rent (which is due TODAY!), but the money is now lost inside of that ATM machine. No nighttime support available, this is an across-the-board failure.

When we went in, they were just standing and doing nothing, they went to us 10 minutes before they closed and they didn't really help us. In conclusion, this location sucks, go to another chase bank instead.

The worst bank on earth. How many times does chase bank have to verify someone's identity? To send a wire, they send me a text code to input to verify. Then when you hit submit, they verify me again by sending another text. Then the wire department calls and to verify my identity they send a push notification to my phone and I verify it. then they go on my credit report and they ask 3 questions that go all the way back to at least 30 years ago. They ask where you have lived, what cars you drove, what loans you have had and with which bank. All questions we should know. When I answer their multiple choice questions regarding me, they say, Oh I am sorry, you failed to verify your identity. Sorry.

The manager should work better with people who works there. I was waiting 20 min nobody even come to ask what I need. When I ask who I can talk with the young lady said it takes few minutes couse she is on the phone. Looking around no customers only 5 workers in the boxes chating with each other. Then the young girl dissappear so I left. I'm gonna go to different location maybe I'm gonna have more luck!
