“Sylvester was wonderful! I was about an hour away from home for an appointment (with Gramma and an infant) and noticed my back tires were low. I was circling the lot to see if there was a possible air pump when Sylvester came out to wave me over. He was SO kind and professional and insisted on me sitting in my van with the baby while he checked and filled all tires that needed it. Wow! There were a few delays that were due to things out of their control, such as finding additional damage when they started the initial repairs. I loved that they cleaned the interior of my car before pick up- such a nice bonus. I would definitely use them again.”

They were fair in their pricing, identified issues with the car, helped me understand the 'severity' of the issues, and gave me important information for working with the dealership on what needed to be done. I was impressed with their eye for detail.
All the issues they identified were correct, the prices they quoted were fair, and they helped me contextualize that nothing was a 'deal breaker'. I would 1000% have them inspect any future cars for purchase! If I lived closer, I would be happy to have them be my local shop.”

“I’m very satisfied with my experience at the repairs in Tesla Collision Center! I’ve needed a repairs for my rear bumper after another driver rear ended my Tesla model 3. The repairs were done in about 2 weeks. Every Tuesday and Thursday there was an updates from the shop. The employees were very nice and helpful! Great experience!”

“I took my car to this body shop because my sun roof was dipped in in the front and they took a look at it. The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free. This review is the least I can do for them in return.”

“I asked Suburban to remove a mirror from my bathroom wall. Two friendly guys arrived on the scheduled day, worked out how to best remove the glass ( they had to break the mirror to take it off the wall) and took all the glass pieces away with them. They did a pretty good job cleaning up - I found only a couple of little pieces.I thought the price was reasonable and I would use this company again.”
