Louise was absolutely amazing, she takes costumer service to the next top tier! The store is always organized and put together. All the employees are very welcoming and accommodating. Love this Burlington!

The cashier Kelly and the stocker at store are very rude and disrespectful to the customer. The stocker keep the merchandise away while we are looking at the items with out looking around and checking it is used by some one while the cashier Kelly has change the size of the merchandise we took and charge us for another size and upon going back the cashier refused and became arrogant and disrespectful. I will highly recommend not to go to Burlington at Blooming-dale. I would definitely ask them to learn customer service and manners to behave in public.
And the way she took the return was as if she is doing me a favor, the cashier doesn’t know the return policy of the store, Kindly educate her again or fire her if she is not interested to work in customer facing roles.

A good place to find all kinds of items for the whole family including pets and home, excellent prices, quality, if you must search to find those hidden treasures, but they are really worth it, you can find all kinds of clothing, shoes, for adults , kids and for the little ones, you should take advantage of the seasonal changes where those discounts that we all like are reflected even more
If you have one left on your way, come in, you always find something good, pretty and cheap

This review is based on my customer service experience. Huge shoutout to the manager on site around 6:30-7 pm on 12/21. I shopped my little heart out with my 2 y.o toddler. 3 hours later my cart is full and I head to check out. I check out and my cashier so patiently helped me get a gift receipt for most of my cart. As I head out the door, still with my child in the cart and all my bags, the wheels lock. How did I forget that we don’t leave with the carts? I was feeling pretty embarrassed trying to move my cart out of the way. Luckily, the manager was walking by and she was SO sweet. She truly went above and beyond. She stayed with my cart until I could pull up with my car and she handed me my bags. I was so thankful. I don’t know what I would have done if she wasn’t there. THANK YOU!

Went to Burlington on 12/01 to buy curtain rods for my bedroom. I waited well over 30 minutes, even though I was 3 customers away from the cashier. Poor management that is not proactive and seem to be unhappy. Fast forward to the weekend, Manager snatched a basketball away from my 6 year old daughter, making my daughter shake out of fear and cry. I told the manager (50yr old white lady, shoulder length salt and pepper hair) to please ask the parent any questions rather than the child in the future because I was the one that instructed my daughter to check that the ball was not deflated. The manager screamed at me to leave. I told her that I still had some shopping to do, and that I was going to buy the basketball. She followed us throughout the store for well over an hour. As we approached the long line at the register, a lady that was about to stand in line behind us asked, "is this the line" and that manager said, yes, but come here, and she was rung up without having to wait. This is the same manager that on Friday told me that she could not ring people up. I get to the register and notice that the jewelry box I had had a scratch. I asked the guy at the register if I should run back to get another jewelry box from the back, but then I also told him, I really don't want to get back in line, and the reality is that i cant run that fast. I then asked him if he could extend me a small discount since I really didn't want to get out of line. He said he would have to ask his manager, and yes, it was the same lady that made my daughter cry earlier and followed us for over an hour. The lady said no, no. No discount, tell them to leave they are not welcome here. The guy at the register was utterly confused and I was embarrassed by the entire ordeal. I felt profiled and singled-out. I told the cashier not to worry, that I did not want the jewelry box, but another manager (wearing a sari) did over hear and extended us a small discount.The manager onsite is rude and has very little patience and snatches items from children. She profiles and follows families and lacks professionalism. She is a huge liability to the store in my opinion.

I'm only giving this place 2 stars just because some of the prices are decent, otherwise I would give only one star. The place is a total mess, could not go thru the toy area with the shopping cart as lots of toys were on the floor, worst part was the very long wait at the registers, only 2 cashiers working. I would not set foot there again now that we are in December as things will get even worse.

I went into this store once because I love the one that's by me. There was mounts of clothes thrown on the floor, nothing was ever close to organized, the shoes and socks were thrown on the floor. Store looked seriously ransacked. Impossible to even find anything and everything was dirty.
