This branch is 100% unprofessional. I had an incident at the drive thru that completely devastated me. I was making a withdrawal and sent my license since this isn’t my regular branch. After a few minutes of apparently staring at my license, a teller by the name of Joe, told me that I'm going to have to "grow my hair out" since I look nothing like my driver's license picture. I then informed Joe that I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and lost all my hair due to chemotherapy. Needless to say, this has completely devastated me. I informed the bank manager and her response was to laugh and tell me how bad Joe felt about what he said. What about how it made me feel? I have never encountered such insensitive people in my life, let alone in the customer service industry.

Worst bank to work with. Customer service is horrible. Do not get a home or auto loan from them!! They have hidden fees and zero customer service. Stay far away - 800 number doesn't answer and long hold times. You will never resolve any issues you have

I have a business account and EVERY time I visit this locations drive through it takes forever for them to balance my deposit. I don't know what's wrong with them but it is ridiculous. I will now go out of my way to avoid this location.

Great personalized service. Bankers available to assist. Have really enjoyed my banking experience at the Bloomingdale branch.

Waited 10 mins for anyone to acknowledge me in the waiting area when both personal bankers were available. I was “helped” by a female relationship manager who seemed very disinterested. I explained I was there to assist with my mother’s account because she has medical issues and English is her second language. After I passed her name/number for verification over the phone the relationship manager asked me to leave her office and I couldn’t be in there because I wasn’t on the account. I ended up driving over to my moms house so I could help. We’ll be using another branch from now on.

I've been using this branch for the past 2 years and never once was I disappointed with the service I got. Everyone here are very polite and knowledgeable. Renee as always was friendly, informative and helpful. Recommend them 100%. Thank you!
