Bought a new laptop and received excellent advice from the staff. He answered my questions completely. The tech staff is absolutely outstanding! Answered all my questions and concerns. Very patient with me and pleasant. Another good experience from this location!

The other day I busted my old phone and had to get a new one. Omar was awesome, very helpful! He helped me get approved for a bestbuy card and I had a phone within an hour. Thanks again!!

@BestBuy became so bad since they changed to Total Tech and changed they're customer's service system.
I was a Total Tech member since the first weeks it started, almost 2 years ago.
2 days ago I came in a store to purchase a printer, just to find out my Total Tech membership was canceled w/out me asking for it.
I lost all my AppleCare+ protections on - 6 months old MacBook Pro, Airpods, Apple tv 4k, 2 iRumba, 2 sonos bar and sub and many more smaller items.
The worst part is...
I AM !! Still waiting on a delivery of LG washer and dryer to be installed tomorrow.
After trying to contact supervisors with authority, all I got is - that membership can not be reinstated.
All I have left is the option to purchase a new plan that will affect FUTURE purchases.
Got to share some more out of this world experience with @BestBuy
The washer and dryer installation was delayed 5 times (not a joke).
Just got a call again it will need to delayed until 7/16.
We moved to a new house and scheduled the delivery to 2 days before the move...
We're now 2 weeks after the move, and have to use a laundromat all this time.
My wife is 8 MONTHS PREGNANT, we have a 3 year old at home and my mother in law is staying with us for help.
All of us are using a laundromat for 2 weeks !!!!

Now for the kicker...
I had more than 10 items with protection under Total Tech, I am waiting for washer and dryer, I came to buy a new printer and the rep on the phone told me flat out - "No supervisor will be able to help you" very rudly !!!
@BestBuy I had a store manager listen to the call with the rep that argued with me I made a phone call at 3:36 PM to cancel the membership, and the manager told the rep that the membership was canceled at 8 AM !!!!!
The manager @BestBuy Schaumburg, IL was shocked at that reply

This is by far the top Beat Buy in the area. WENDY, the GM is absolutely amazing and will take care of Any problem fairly and amicably as will Mike Virzi and the rest of her Mangerial staff. They have all products readily displayed and a Blue shirt team who are well versed in product knowledge across the board and are ready to help you find what you need. My wife and I have been shopping here for years for everything from cables and connectors to our computers and our flat screen, all the bells and whistles TV. Issues have been few and far between, but when they have occurred the Team at Best Buy in Bloomingdale made it right.
No complaints here. These folks are the bomb!

Don’t buy from this place if there is less than one star I would do it they change their return policy even it’s damage item inside the box.
I should start buy from Amazon better, cheaper and excellent customer service.
